Being an extremely large home, the "Cubby House" is perfect for those big family holidays. You will always be entertained with its fully equipped games room offering a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Tennis, Darts, and TV/DVD - the kids will love it, not to mention the adults as well.
Augusta offers some of the most picturesque river and ocean scenery to be found in the South West and the spectacular sight of migrating whales is not to be missed. With the mighty Blackwood River emptying into the ocean at Augusta there is an abundance of choice. Beaches for surfing, swimming, fishing, walking or shell collecting, as well as calm protected bays. Surrounded by national parks, walks along the river, ocean or scenic walk trails are abundant. The magnificent Boranup Forest is on the doorstep and local attractions such as the many wineries of the Augusta Margaret River region, galleries, restaurants and chocolate, cheese and berry specialists all add to the choices.
The Cubby House is only a short stroll to the centre of town and just a few minutes' drive to the sparkling waters of the nearest beach at beautiful Flinders Bay. Close to all the desired attractions, this spacious and comfortably modern furnished home is ideal for that big family holiday. The home offers excellent value per head and the kids will not want to leave. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

Guest Responsibilities & Booking Conditions
DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is payable for all bookings - Non Refundable
FINAL PAYMENT
Balance and final payment is required at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday.
EXCESS CLEAN
Charged at $48.00 hourly rate & will be deducted from Bond.
UNDERAGE GUESTS
We do not accommodate groups of unaccompanied minors or school- leavers.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of guests occupying the property for the duration of the appointed dates must not exceed the number specified on the booking form. Should there be any changes to the number of guests the booking agent MUST be informed.
DOGS & PETS
No pets are permitted
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES
Unless arranged in advance with the booking agent, CHECK IN TIME is 2pm and CHECK OUT TIME is 10.30am. Requests for varying times will be accommodated where possible.
KEY COLLECTION
Keys will be made available upon arrival at the holiday home as has been arranged with the booking agent.
LINEN & TOWELS
All linen and towels are provided.
UNUSED SERVICES
Where the client chooses to cut short their stay a refund is not available for any unused portion of the booking.
GUESTS RESPONSIBILITY
Guests are expected to look after and take good care of the property entrusted to them, this including all furnishings and equipment and to observe the NO SMOKING INSIDE requirement for the duration of the holiday. Any faults, damages or breakages MUST BE REPORTED to the Booking Agent. Guests will be liable for any unreasonable breakages or damages caused to the property during the guests holiday occupation and ALL costs of repair and replacement shall be PAYABLE UPON DEMAND to the Booking Agent. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left clean and tidy.
We have made our beautiful holiday home available for all to enjoy, so please respect our property and treat it with good care. This enables others behind you to enjoy and cherish "The Cubby House" for many years to come.
CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE
Where written notification of a cancellation is received no less than 28 days in advance of the holiday, consideration may be given to allow the guest to transfer the booking (of the same house only) to another date, less transfer fee of $50. Where written notification of a cancellation is received less than 28 days in advance of the holiday, the guest shall be liable for payment of the full rental whether or not occupation of the holiday house occurs. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another property. Guests are strongly advised to take out comprehensive holiday & travel insurance to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
LIABILITY
In consideration that Augusta Getaways acts as the Booking Agent and uses all reasonable endeavors to ensure accuracy of information and quality of facilities, no liability is accepted for any claim as a result of problems that occur at the property, or for any loss or personal injury or illness, however caused, while guests occupy the property.
LOST PROPERTY
We do not accept liability for finding or returning lost property. It is the responsibility of guests to check before departure that personal belongings have not been left in the house. A minimum charge plus the cost of retrieval, post and packaging (paid in advance by credit charge) will apply if any lost property is to be returned to guests.

Payment of a deposit will confirm you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
