A 2-3 minute drive or 15-20 minute walk away along the beachfront is the Kingscliff retail strip and shopping centre behind. With it village type atmosphere, most demands are well catered for such as the local artists shop and clothing labels. When eating out, make your choice from a wide variety of restaurants, surf or sports club, takeaways and the local hotel.

Beach fishing is often successul and the creek inlet on the southern side of the shopping strip has a boat ramp as well as being a delightful sheltered place to swim - especially on the high tide.

For that day trip you might want to explore the local hinterland created from what was once a vast volcanic region worn down over millions of years. For the adventurous, climb Mount Warning which dominates the local landscape.

Bring the family pet along as the property is pet friendly with a fully fenced rear yard.
