The three generous king size bedrooms all have block out blinds and private balconies. A fifth study/bedroom can accommodate 2 more guests with rollaway beds (on request only and extra charge applies)

We meet and greet you at the property - show you around your holiday home, offer face-to-face explanation about the property and location and then personally hand you the keys.
You won’t have to wait at the reception desk to check in/out or collecting keys from outside agents – as we go to you.
Bed linen, bath & pool towels are all included. All beds are made ready for you so you can just start enjoying your holiday.
If you need any local assistance during your stay, we are only a phone call away.
Our own team of 5-star housekeepers keep each property immaculate.
As we are registered real estate agents, you can be sure that your money is safe, as all deposit monies are held in trust.
You’ll get all this personalised service at no additional cost. There are no hidden extras.
Gold Coast Airport transfers, surf boards, body board, bicycles, beach towels, portacots, rollaway beds, high chairs, stroller, mid stay clean and linen change can be arranged. (extra charges apply) Just ask when booking and we are more than happy to organise for you to make your holiday enjoyable.
Strictly no parties, functions, weddings or 'schoolies are permitted' This is a residential area.
HOW DO I BOOK?
To get your booking underway, please send an booking request.
We will then send your ‘Booking Reservation + Terms and Conditions’ along with our trust bank account details so you can confirm your booking with a 50% deposit. Once we confirm that we have received your deposit – your holiday is officially booked!
