One hundred years of charm, with up to the minute amenities.
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom has a spa bath for soaking in, after those mountain climbs, or just relaxing in, while listening to the songs of all the birds that visit us.

We offer two Queen size beds and one King single. The house is perfect for couples, unfortunately, it is not suitable for children. For couples on their own it is a little haven, peaceful and tranquil. It backs on to National Forest and is nestled against the side of the mountain... even honeymooners would be captivated by it's charms. For friends sharing it would be ideal. A beautiful wide veranda at the front and a large deck at the back would mean privacy for both parties if it was needed.

Television with a small selection of Videos and DVDs are provided, plus Stereo and CDs. We also have an art and craft room, where you can dabble, and and dress up box for those nights when there is nothing on the telly:) There is also a Library for your enjoyment.

A basic 'pantry', and all linen is provided. An outside pet bed, water and food bowls are also available for your convenience, but bring their favourite rug!

Old School

While staying at Old School we ask that you obey all the rules which are listed below:

1. Do your homework, you know what it is.

2. Make sure the Library and Craft room are left as you find them.

3. At home time, make sure all clothes are returned to the Dress up box.

4. Exercise is encouraged, and as there are so many beautiful walks in the area, it is easily attained.

5. We also encourage extended recess and long slow lunches. Lazy afternoon tea is optional. Wine with dinner, in moderation, smoking permitted on the verandah.

6. Prayers and lights out by 9pm...unless you have a note.

7. Have fun

Extra curriculum

If you would like a hairdresser, a massage therapist or beautician to visit, it can easily be arranged. The cost will be competitive with salon visits.
