Description

The unit is beachfront situated right on Beaconsfield Parade. You are directly opposite the Catani Gardens, St Kilda beach and a 1 mins walk from Fitzroy St with all the restaurants, cafes, bars it has to offer.

The unit is fully furnished with a queen bed, egyptian cotton, en-suite bathroom and a fully equiped kitchen. To make your stay even more comfortable we have provided a flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, air conditioner (portable) and 2 heaters. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep 2 people but more ideal for one person.

You are on the doorstep of Fitzroy St, Acland St, Barkly St, Luna Park and the beach Esplanade! There are restaurants, cafes, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, shops, supermarkets and plenty more. There are trams and buses 1 minute walk from the unit - the CBD is a 10 mins tram ride, Chapel Street 5 mins away and Albert Park is a 5 mins walk.

As the unit is central St Kilda, we have found it more suited to an age group of 21 to 45.

There is free all day parking a 5 mins walk from the unit. Washing machines are communal and require coins to operate.

  • "GREAT location...close to beach, pubs, cafes,tram stops,Fitzroy Street, Acland Street main strip and importantly only 15 min tram ride to either the city or Chapel Street shops....lol...reasonably priced.... Easy to find...clean...tidy..very comfortable bed...everything you would need for a short term stay,where you just want something clean & neat to base yourself as you are going to spend most of your time out and about..... Ben was there on time to meet and greet. Only small criticism....bathroom a little cramped....then again I am 195 cm tall.....mirrored cabinet is really close to the handbasin which makes it difficult to bend over the hand basin... Will definitely stay there again and have told friends in Perth about it"
