Your days can be filled with quiet strolls on pristine beaches, swimming in aqua blue ocean, bushwalking, cycling, fishing and surfing or just relax in one of the sun lounges around the resort pools and take in the pure elegance of Cotton Beach Resort. Bicycles are provided by the accommodation for your enjoyment. Peddle some of the picturesque beachside bike tracks along Casuarina, and then take time out at the nearby gourmet General Store Deli or into nearby Kingscliff village or Cabarita.
A short stroll along the boardwalk or bike ride away is also the “Rec Club”. CottonBeach guests enjoy free access to this excellent sporting facility which provides you with a fully operating gym, 2 swimming pools and tennis facilities.

This spacious beachfront unit melds indoor & outdoor living to its best. There is a huge wrap around balcony facing north east, with comfortable outdoor lounge & dining settings complete with full BBQ facilities.
The open plan lounge dining has unique beach influence furniture which makes this unit truly special. Whip up a storm in this well appointed European kitchen with granite tops & seperate wine fridge or dine out at one of the many great local restaurants.
Our central media room “The Snug” is tucked away so you can watch you movies on the Plasma flat screen TV in comfort & peace.
The unit has reverse cycle air conditioning & ceiling fan if you would rather open up & hear the surf.
The unit sleeps up to six people, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus powder room and separate laundry.
The king size master bedroom opens out onto the balcony and has a spacious ensuite complete with a luxurious bath tub to soak in.
The other 2 bedrooms have 2 king single beds in each room that can come together into king size beds. One of these rooms has an ensuite also with a tub.

There is a lift from the basement car park to your unit where there are three secure car parks also a lock up storage for your surf boards & bikes. The bike paths at Casuarina seem endless - you are welcome to use the 3 bikes in the storage to explore our beautiful strip of coast line. (no helmets are provided)

*Markets*

There are local farmers markets every second Saturday in the park on the Northern side of Kingscliff Bowls Club. (2nd & 4th Saturday of each month). The Byron Bay Markets are held 1st Sunday of every month, the Byron Bay Farmers Markets are on every Thursday morning 7am – 11am – a must if your into good food!! The Bangalow Markets are held on the 4th Sunday of every month. Pottsville Markets are 1st & 3rd Sunday of the month.
