They are both located in the heart of historic Bellerive Village. Rosies Cottage sleeps up to 6 people and is located a block from Lindisfarne village. Their presentation is immaculate and the decor a delight. All offer spa bathrooms, level access suitable for wheelchairs, excellent fully appointed kitchen and laundry, spacious decks with outdoor dining and wonderfully comfortable beds plus many other features. Both cottages are located in the heart of Bellerive Village just over the road from several great restaurants, coffee shops, takeaways and other shops, the marina and quay area, lovely Bellerive Beach at the end of the street, Hobart CBD only 8 min drive away and all on a private internal location. Built with quality and an eye for detail these lovely homes offer you the perfect destination for a wonderful holiday or business trip. Each cottage offers a king size bed, four poster queen and singles. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Spacious lounge dining with surround sound, TV, DVD, reverse cycle heat pump, leather lounges, timber floors in living areas, luxury and space in the spa bathrooms, dining inside and out on the spacious deck and off street parking for 2 cars. ROSIES COTTAGE
Rosies Cottage is situated in Lindisfarne and is our newest cottage. An inviting 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom spa cottage with spacious rooms and fully equipped for a great holiday or business trip. Built to capture all the charm, romance and ambiance of the heritage era. Beautiful iris lead-light windows, cedar windows and doors, leather lounge suite and quality beds that are so comfortable. Beautifully appointed kitchen plus laundry. Great deck area with outdoor dining for those lovely lazy days of summer or even on balmy winter days. Only about 8 minutes to Hobart CBD and only a block to large supermarket, bakeries, wood fired pizza, Chinese restaurant, chemist and other shops all around the lovely Lindisfarne village.
