This property has loads of space for up to 3 families or a very large family.
It has 3 levels, with bedrooms on the ground and upper levels, a kitchen and lounge area on the middle level and 2 outdoor decking areas, one from the kitchen (with a BBQ) and the other from the lounge room. The fully equipped modern kitchen has everything supplied, island bench, 2 ovens, gas hot plate, a microwave, 2 dishwashers to make life easier and the cupboards are fully stocked with crockery, glassware, saucepans etc.
The lounge has a Plasma TV and stereo facilities. The house has a separate games area with another plasma TV and DVD. The Beach House has 3 Air Conditioners together with heating and ceiling fans to each bed room.
The house sleeps 16. The main bedroom has a king size bed and the linen for this bed is provided.
Linen is not included for all other bedrooms except for the Superbikes and the Grand Prix & V8 Supercars.
We provide doonas, doona covers and pillow cases.
You will need provide top sheet, bottom sheet and pillow case, towels and tea towels.

Location
Alto Beach House is located within 200 meters of Sunderland Bay Beach, and 400 meters to the Surf Beach.
This house comes with shared access to garage for parking of motor bikes during SuperBike Weekend and grand prix.

Stayed at Alto over the weekend and absolutely loved it, amenities were great, we were impressed with the quality and great value for money. Rooms and living areas are perfect and comfortable, property manager was a pleasure to deal with.

This property was ideal for our recent stay at Philip Island. Great location and close to the beach Excellent facilities, grand kitchen, loved the balconies and enough space for three families! Maria, the host was really well organised. Highly recommended and would defintely book again.

We, three family with kids stayed at Alto between 21/12/2012 and 26/12/2012 and everyone liked its lounge, Kitchen bed rooms and other facilities. All quality furnitures, utensils and musical equipments add more value to this house. I give 9.5 star out of 10 because Only thing I missed was WiFi and I believe wifi will be added in the near future. Overall, we all are fully satisfied and recomend others to book once to see what we are talking about.

I spent my 50th birthday at Alto with all my family. Kids and grand kids. It was really great, we had a fantastic time and could all be together in the same house for entertainment and meals.
Very spacious and modern with great rooms and a spa.
Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend it to a large group to use.

What a fantastic place to stay. The space was great we had 4 families that stayed and it was very spacious. The facilities were great too. The kids enjoyed the walk to the beach and had a lot of fun exploring in the rock pools. We also loved the huge entertaining kitchen��� perfect!
We have already booked for Feb 2012, as we had so much fun and loved the place.
You will not be disappointed!!

Fantastic accomadation for my family, they enjoyed their stay for the 2 nights. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting accomadation for a family holiday. Was great positon for our family being in walking distance of our daughters house.

'Alto' more like the Rialto, what a great house, if it's room you want, it's room you'll get. The team was down for a race weekend and was impressed with the amount of room, very spoilt with the massive television to watch our incar footage. All facilities 'A' grade and will be returning.

The house is located in a quiet area and closed to beach. The facilities in the house are more than most of people's houses and service apartments. You feel like at the home, not a rented holiday house. And you also feel like the owner is your friend who is doing the best to please you.
Owner is easy going, reasonable and willing to help. Great to deal with nice owner like that.
Highly recommend to the people who like to spend weekend at Phillip Island.

ALTO is highly recommended by us all. Our group of 15 had a fantastic Melbourne Cup weekend at Alto and will definitely be coming back. The house was very well equipped, modern and stylish and well designed to accommodate multiple families. The kitchen is huge and has everything that you would ever need! Maria was very helpful with our enquiries and always responded promptly. Our teenagers had plenty of space and all enjoyed the downstairs lounge area, and the parents were able to relax and enjoy their weekend. The close proximity to the rocky coastline was also great for lots of walks. We all really enjoyed the weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at "ALTO" pefect accomodation with everything supplied. Very comfortable. There were 13 of us that came for the Super Cars.
Maria and Rosie were very helpfull and replied to our queries promptly. We will definately be back again.

This modern themed accomodation sleeps 18 people comfortably on amazing beds and couches. 2 LCD tvs were used to its full gaming capacity, since our main demograpic was 19-24 years. The kitchen was surprisngly fully equipped with 2 dish washers. With Cowes just 5 minutes away and the beach accessible on foot, this place was just perfect for us. Thankssss

The ALTO was the perfect place for a getaway with our group..the kitchen and bathrooms were amazing as well as the upstairs bedroom with the moonroof a to mention a few of the many great features..highly recomended for any group, was looking to book for new years too but not suprised that its already booked out for that and all of jan!

What a fantastic home, well equipped and I especially loved the double dish washer! Went for a short stay and felt like we had been away for weeks. A very relaxing time was had by all. Kids had their space and we had a wine on the balcony. We'll definitely be back and next time will bring some friends. There's plenty of space for everyone.

The ALTO I would recommend to anyone , it has everything you need to have a great relaxing holiday.It is very well set out with room for everyone in the family to enjoy there own space. Only a short stroll away you find the ocean, magnificent views and rejuvenating walks on the rocks were you might find a little crab or two, the kids will love it!!!
