Ironbark Cottage is a fabulous 2 storey mud brick house made with 100 year old timbers. It is a rustic, warm home with modern fixtures and fittings.
Two and a half hour drive from Melbourne makes it ideal for a quick weekend getaway or a 2 week ski holiday with friends.
Ironbark provides 2 relaxation areas, ideal for the children.
Sleep warm and cosy under Australian pure wool doonas and Sheridan linen.

"The gang and I really loved the Ironbark Cottage! We never stay off mountain before - so we were a bit unsure, but suprisingly the Ironbark is literally 15min from the gates of Mt Buller! The house is super clean and so cosy that we didn't want to leave! The only down side is no TV reception - so no world cup games for the boys."

"Ironbark is a treasure. The house has modern facilities but is quirky and cool with some lovingly hand-made touches (like the dining table). Also, plenty of bed and couch-lounging room. The large garden made a good easter-egg hunting ground and the woodfired heater was welcoming. We'll certainly be back to feed the crazy parrots and their feisty kookaburra friends. Thanks, Barb"

"Fantastic house, very unique. The wood fire pizza oven was a great hit for tea. Highly recommend this house, just a note, take your own DVD's or board games as no TV reception, Although there are some movies supplied "

"Iron Bark cottage was a dream for our weekend snow getaway. The location makes accessing Mt Buller a dream! Iron Bark Cottage is warm and cozy with lots of character. The beds were extreamly comfortable, with quality linen. The fire place was a hit and the wood fired oven made our pizza's extra special."

"Ironbark Cottage gave us a warm and wonderful welcome as we prepared for our first visit to the snow at Mt Buller.The squeals of delight from the children said it all, as the stairs were climbed, the balconies explored and the nooks and crannies of surprises found. The magnificent fire place became the centre of all of activity as we read, chatted, played cards, roasted dinner and warmed up after a big day on the snow slopes.We had a great time at Ironbark Cottage.Thank You."
