This quaint 2 bedroom, brick and tile house with polished jarrah floor boards offers comfortable living. It has a lounge room, kitchen/dining, laundry, seperate toilet and bathroom.
Main Bedroom has 1 queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and 1 single bed. Sleeps 5 people in 4 beds.

Rennovated in 2009 and furnished. Airconditioned/heating in main living area, ceiling fan in main bedroom to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. A quick walk to the Quays shops with small supermarket open until 8 pm, the Parade Hotel with great meals and entertainment.

Cute cottage garden features magnificent old roses, rosemary and a great herb garden out the back. BBQ and outdoor setting for entertaining.

Kitchen is equipped with all the basics. Linen is available upon request at $15 per person. All beds come with 2 Pillows, Doonah and Blanket.

Carparking for two cars off street.

Just wanted to let you know that we really loved our couple of days at Rose Cottage. It is a lovely quiet location and we found the house very comfortable and homely, so much better than a hotel.

Close to all the facilities a regional city has to offer

Forrest Street is one street back from the Austral Parade, close to shops close to hotel, fish and chips, deli, hairdresser, etc You can enjoy a 30-60 min walk on the well kept cycle paths and boardwalks surrounding the Leschenault Inlet. Bunbury’s bustling main street with its award winning restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, boutiques, banks, cinemas and other attractions is a short 30 min walk away. Bunburys Dolphin Discovery Centre with the famous Koombana Bay Dolphins is also close by. The scenic Ferguson Valley with its many wineries is only 20-30 min away. Wineries are also located at Capel & Stratham. Busselton is a 40 minute drive and Margaret River is only 1 hour drive.
