Description

This house is warm, clean, quiet and basic. It comfortably sleeps 8, has 2 bathrooms (one with a bath), a living room and a separate renovated open plan kitchen and dining room. New heating and air conditioning recently added.

For the kids there are bunk beds, a toy box and a selection of games, DVD’s and videos. Portacot and high chair are always on-site.

Outside a large deck provides both sun and shade with deck chairs and an outdoor table setting provided. The yard is an adventure playground for kids and includes a swing set and a bush garden for exploration.

The family dog is most welcome.

Description

Rye Grass is located just 600m from Tyrone Beach and is a 2 minute drive or an easy 10 minute walk. The ocean beach is also just a short drive away. Situated in an area we call "Ryegowrie" about halfway between Blairgowrie and Rye each with shops and amenities available.

The lounge room, is furnished with 2 sofas, 2 chairs, HD-TV, DVD, VCR and slow combustion fire place.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee/tea making facilities, cooking and eating utensils.

A breakfast bar with stools overlooks the dining room with seating for 6.

A large wrap around deck provides sun and shade with an outdoor setting for 6, deck chairs and an umbrella plus a gas barbeque.

The house has 2 bathrooms: the main (rennovated 2010) has a bath, shower, toilet and vanity. The other is an ensuite with shower, toilet and sink.

The laundry has washing machine, tumble dryer and outside clothes line.

Please supply own towels, sheets and pillow cases (pillows doonas/covers supplied).
