The master bedroom of this spacious and tastefully furnished apartment has walk in robe and a luxurious ensuite with dual handbasins, large spa and separate shower All bedrooms open onto patios. This unit is at the end of the block, giving lots of ocean breeze and natural light throughout apartment. Unit has ducted air conditioning throughout, and is fitted with insect screens. TV, Broadband internet and local phone calls are all included - just bring your laptop. You will be delighted with the spacious living areas - which include comfortable lounge, dining table for 6, plus BBQ and outdoor table for 6 on the large front patio. Enjoy walking along pristine beaches, swimming in surf or calm estuary, coastal walking tracks, and visit beautiful Lady Musgrave Island on the Great Barrier Reef. Agnes Water / Seventeen-Seventy is a unique picturesque coastal location, and \"Ocean Breeze\" is just a short walk along a track to a beautiful 6 km sandy beach. Lawn bowls within walking distance; 1770 golf course and driving range 6 minutes drive. Just a few minutes drive to 1770 Marina, where tours depart for Lady Musgrave Island, Fitzroy Reef, or amphibious vehicle day tour to Bustard Head Lighthouse. Also available surfing lessons, renowned motor bike tours, snorkelling, scuba diving, estuary fishing or deep sea fishing, kayaking, and many other tour activities. Or just relax on the beach or around the pools. Don\'t forget to take some refreshments to 1770, and see the bequtiful sunset across the water. And walk down to the beach to see the sun rise. Lots of lovely coastal walking tracks, and National Parks to visit.
