Semaphore Beach Cottage is a charming sea side 1910 Victorian three bedroom bed and breakfast which offers exclusive occupancy for upto 7 people.
Its award-winning garden is the perfect place to enjoy afternoon tea, for the children to play, or to escape into a good read under a tree.
By leaving the car behind, Semaphore Beach Cottage is perfectly located only meters from the bustling and buzzing Semaphore Rd for where you will be able to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, cinema and stroll along Adelaides most loved beach.

Semaphore Beach Cottage has first class comforts where it houses ducted reverse cycle heating & cooling air-conditioning and many years of hand collected antique wares. Relax in the cosy lounge room and enjoy the large flat screen TV and watch a DVD or listen to some fine tunes on the CD player. There is also a sitting room which is perfect for those whom seek peaceful reading. The country kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove oven, microwave, dining setting and all necessary cookware.

Indulge in our foodie offerings with a deliciously stocked cooked breakfast including smoked bacon, continental bread, tomatoes, eggs, selection of jams, blended range of cereals, teas, coffee machine for that great cafe style, milk, juice, butter, and for the evening a decanter of aged Barossa Valley port. $10 per person per day
