Designed with a contemporary feel and an open plan layout, Skyline Villa is in a tranquil setting amongst the trees. With views across the gully of the Otway Ranges to the coastline of Lorne, this is a place you wont want to leave!
Wander down to the beach for a quick dip, wander through the Otway Ranges, relax in air-conditioned comfort or just laze in front of the open fire. Whatever it is you do, make yourself at home!
Skyline Villa is a new villa completed in December 2008. This contemporary four bedroom villa can accommodate up to 8 guests across two spacious levels.
Skyline Villa accommodates up to 8 people with a total of four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed is located on the main living level, and has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in-robe. Downstairs are three further bedrooms and the main bathroom, which features a large free standing bath for you to soak away, overlooking the eucalypts. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with access to a further decked area, where you can sit and read a book or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The third and fourth bedrooms have a split king bed or two single beds.
Skyline Villa is equipped with a state of the art kitchen with stainless steel appliances and stone bench tops. Or if BBQs are more your style, there is an outdoor entertaining area with gourmet electric BBQ and outdoor furniture. Separated only by large sliding glass doors, this outdoor area looks through to the kitchen/living area whilst also enjoying views of the sea!
The kitchen, dining area and living room makes the most of the ocean views and Otway Ranges. There is a wood fire, plasma TV and surround sound entertainment system, and two big comfy lounges to enjoy it from.
