Strathmore Lodge has it all, whether you are wanting a romantic getaway for 2 or a family reunion for up to 22 people, we have all the right combination's of accommodation to suit your needs. Our 3 apartments capture beautiful ocean views towards the lighthouse and surf beach, which is just a short 300 metre stroll away.Lighthouse Beach has a flagged patrolled swimming area.(Not all year round.)

Unit 1

Unit 1 is a 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment, located on the upper floor of the left hand townhouse. It boasts stunning ocean views from the wrap around balcony and lounge area. There is additional sleeping facilities available and can sleep up to 5 people. It is air-conditioned, has beautiful polished floorboards and has a fully equipped kitchen and family dining area. Outside is your own private balcony with BBQ, a great area for entertaining.

Secure parking for 1 car is available.

Unit 2 ( Lower level unit )

Unit 2 is a 2 bedroom apartment located the ground level of the left hand townhouse. It is also fully self contained and would suit 4 - 6 people, as it has 2 queen beds and a fold-out sofa bed.

There is a lovely entertaining area just outside the apartment which stretches onto the beautiful native gardens of Strathmore Lodge.

***Unit 1 and 2 (Classified as Unit 4. ) can be combined to make a 3-4 bedroom townhouse for larger groups and family holidays. Please enquire with the owner as to the tarrif. Suitable for 9 - 11 people. (Garage space for 2 cars.)
**Unit 4 operates over Xmas/Jan. period as 3-4 bedroom t/house

Unit 3 ( Double storey townhouse)

Unit 3 is a double storey 3 bedroom townhouse, which can sleep 7 - 9 people..Modern well equipped kitchen.Lots of entertaining room on deck, which has a gas barbercue,

Downstairs you can find 3 x single beds and one queensize bed, as well as a bathroom and laundry. Upstairs boasts beautiful ocean views from the balcony, as well as the master bedroom, bathroom and dining area.( Sofa bed in dining area if required)
*Additional 3 single beds can be provided in a lined garage on the ground floor if required for larger groups. Additional costs can apply. Equating to 4 bedrooms.

  • "This is a delightful property; spacious, spotlessly clean and with an excellent veranda to two sides of the house so that sun or shade is always available, as the the superb views aacross to the sea. Its garage is very useful and its location couldn't be bettered, with shops and restaurants within 150m. If I have one small criticism, the furniture is old and could do with updating. Overall, I'd go there again1"
