Only a 400m flat stroll to fabulous Manly surf beach. Cafes, restaurants, wine shop and deli at one end of the street, public swimming pools, golf and tennis courts at the other end. Walk along the beachfront into Manly for shopping, more cafes and to catch the ferry into the city.
Come back to the house after a day at the beach, take a dip in the pool, warm up in the heated spa pool with a glass of wine and finish off by enjoying the balmy summer evening relaxing on the deck over a BBQ dinner.
The house was totally renovated in 2010 and is full of character and charm with high ceilings, polished timber floors and leadlight windows. It has all the latest modern conveniences, has ceiling fans in every room and is fully air conditioned. There is a large open plan kitchen, lounge area with bifold doors opening up to a covered deck with an 8 seater table and gas BBQ. A separate TV/playroom with 3D TV, 60 Foxtel channels plus Wii and Playstation games, a Foosball table and loads of other toys means the kids will be endlessly entertained.
There are 5 bedrooms all with built in robes and 3 bathrooms. Downstairs a Queen room with day bed, upstairs a large master bedroom with queen bed and gorgeous ensuite. 3 other bedrooms with 1-2 single beds in each depending on your requirements, plus an additional bathroom. Choose from 3 covered decks to lounge on.
The section is fully fenced and ideal for children. Bikes, a mini trampoline, kayak and pool toys are available for your use. A portacot, highchair and stroller can be provided on request. Wifi broadband and local calls also included.
