The cottage features 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bathroom with claw foot bath and separate shower.

This beautifully fully equipped cottage kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave to allow your stay to be hassle free.

The cosy lounge has a slow combustion wood fire, and delightful reading area where you can unwind and enjoy a glass of port while relaxing in the leather chairs.

NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN

BRING YOUR WALKING SHOES OR RELAX ON THE DECK

Relax on a lounge and take in the views that overlook the native bush and Gold Coast.

The 3 outdoor areas are made for a relaxing breakfast or an afternoon drink.

It is a terrific cottage with magnificent views towards the coast. The inside of the cottage is well equipped.   • "Witherby cottage was perfect for our short stay in Mt Tamborine. Great location and garden setting. The cottage was beautifully appointed,very comfortable and private. Owner had thought of everything! Amazing views and within walking distance of shops. There are many interesting walks to do in the local area. We had a friendly meal at Clancy's Irish Pub and barbecued on the deck. Just the place to indulge yourself-soak in the bath, read a book or take a nap. We wished we'd been able to stay longer."

Stunning views from the terrific deck, with several other little spots to sit and enjoy the lovely cottage garden. Try the Tambourine Trolley Tour (they will pick you up from the door!) and see all that this gorgeous spot has to offer. Top marks to the owner of this property - highly recommended."

  • "This cottage was abnsolutely perfect for a group of 4 to spend a rainy weekend...the fire was lovely & very conducive to just sitting & chatting. A long soak in the bath is a definite "must do"...and the beds are very comfy. We will definitely be back to use that fantastic deck...it was just too wet for us this time. The owners have done a wonderful job of creating such a welcoming get-away."

  • "A party of four, we stayed at Witherby Cottage over the Easter weekend, and it was just beautiful. We had a very relaxing time, in spite of the bad weather. The boys watched the golf on the big TV, the ladies sat and read books in front of the fire. There are plenty of spots outdoors to escape to, so in spite of being a two bedroom cottage, we never felt we were in each other's way. The beds are very comfortable, and the cottage is stylishly furnished. Give yourself a break, and plan not to self-cater. Have a late breakfast at the Witches Chase Cheese Factory (on the weekend) and an early dinner at one of the many places to eat on the Mountain."
