Open plan kitchen with all utencils . The best position with pathway directly onto Culburra Beach....a stones throw from the frontdoor. Enough parking for cars and boats. Level fenced backyard ,with BBQ and outdoor setting to entertain. Shops are within walking distance ,as is the tennis courts,boat ramp and river(great fishing off the jetty or rocks). Bring your pets to enjoy . Dog friendly beach.The location of the house is peacefully quiet,interupted only by the sound of waves breaking on the shore or the occasional visit from a parrot or two...... The location is perfect for access onto the beach. Family and friends will enjoy ..... very peaceful spot to be enjoyed. For larger gatherings it's possible to also book house directly behind THE DUNES II (shared fence line with gate access to THE DUNES). Both houses accommodating up to 18 guests ............You will love it.

Bond minimum is $300.00.Owner may ask for a higher bond for 5 adults or more. A surcharge may also apply for 5 adults or more at $25/night/adult. e.g 4 adults and three kids at no extra charge. 7 adults may attract higer bond and $25/night/adult x 3 .
