My family aged 12 to 64 years including dog, enjoyed our stay at The Dunes enormously. Well equipped house and garden, easy stroll, no hills! to lovely beach. Culburra has new Woolworths and I recommend the pie shop. Nowra is a short drive away as are other beautiful beaches. Good value for money, all managed well by Peter, many thanks.

Thank you so much for the stay in your beautiful holiday home. Less than a minute's walk over the sand dunes and you find yourself at the shore. The house fit the 7 of us perfectly, even on the comfy lounge that we all wished we had at home.
It was the perfect little get away.

Had a lovely weekend at The Dunes II. House is spacious and well set up for small groups, loved the big couch! Fantastic location right near the beach and close to shops. Dog loved the big fenced yard and dog friendly beach. The owner was very helpful and easy to deal with. We will be back!

The main things we were after for a holiday house was to be close to the beach and a good backyard for our dog(child). We got that and more. i could get out of bed and walk and be in the surf within about 3 minutes. Beautiful dog friendly beach and rarely had to share with anyone. Backyard a good size for dog,nice lawn.even bikes,lines and board in shed to use. we luv culburra!

My husband, 14 month old son and whippet cross 'fur-kid' had a wonderful time staying at The Dunes II. The property is at the end of a dead end street, which means it is soooo peaceful with no cars driving back and forth. It is an extremely short walk to the beach, and it was very quite and serene. The holiday house was set up very well, with everything we needed. Id very much recommend this place.

Great position, less than a minute stroll to the sand and waves of culburra beach.
We visited for a friends wedding and enjoyed the position, the 'homly' feel and the front and backyards were great for chilling, BBQ'ing and outdoor games. I would recommend this for a family, although we were 5 adults it had many traces of being family and dog friendly with childrens bikes and dof bowls!!
A lovely spot and owner easy to communicate with and make arrangements.

Highlights of a two week stay in this very comfortable and well maintained house included:
- Great location; beach path is just a few meters from the front gate.
- Well appointed house, lot of effort by owner to make comfortable and attractive.
- Lulled to sleep by sound of surf at night.
- Enjoyed lazy afternoons reading on shady front verandah.

Excellent location, 2 min walk to beach. All the local dogs are so well socialised & friendly. The new LCD TV & modular lounge were perfect for all of us. The local pizza place makes great pizza, actualy has tasty cheese! The garden is kept in top condition. I enjoyed reading at the front deck breathing in the fresh ocean air! The kids loved the (patroled) beaches.

We had a great time - despite v stormy weather. The house (v neat and there is lots of comfy furniture, great beds, wonderful reclining chairs ...) is half a minute from the beach - you can hear the waves. The dog loved it all, too!

Fantastic house, very comfortable beds. Clean and has separate area with TV for the kids. Beach is a 1 min walk away, you can hear the waves! We loved it and so did our dog in the secure garden. We will definitely return to this house again.
