The master suite includes a large ensuite bathroom with deep bath.
Downstairs are two bedrooms (1 Queen and two singles), a second bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer, large family room, and outdoor area.
The family room includes a large desk and office chairs so that you can still be comfortable even when you can't avoid work entirely.

A separate family room with games and flat screen TV/DVD means that watching a movie or relaxing in front of the cricket doesn't have to involve the whole family.
Sit on the deck and watch the local wildlife go by - honeyeaters, owls, and kookaburras in the trees, goannas going for their morning stroll through the garden, and the sugar gliders flying across the yard at night.
Enjoy sunset walks, surfing, beach cricket, kite flying and fishing on the beach.
Best of both worlds
Quiet, but close to many activities.
With a surf beach free from 4-wheel drives on the beach in front, the kids are safe to play, while access to beach driving on Inskip Point is just 400m to the north. Take a ten minute barge from Inskip Point and you have all of world heritage Fraser Island to explore.
The house is in a quiet street, but is within easy walking distance to the golf course and restaurant in the resort area.
For the adrenaline-hungry, try parachuting or tandem paragliding over the beach, surf lessons or ocean kayaking. Bush walk in Cooloola National Park or simply take a picnic and watch the sunset over Tin Can Inlet from Carlo sandblow.
