Every aspect of this house has been set out for comfort & relaxation, equipped with everything that you will need to ensure a relaxing break.

Drive into large double carport with level entry to house. No stairs necessary to enjoy internal features of house, deck and views.

Immediately you enter through foyer to large open plan area with great views from full length windows east across lake to sandbar and ocean. Slow combustion fire to curl up in front of as you take in the views.

Living area features digital TV with HiFi, CD, AM/FM radio and DVD/VHS player. Comfortable leather wraparound lounge.

Separate reading and sitting area and Tasmanian oak dining table/chairs for eight people.

Large outside deck with BBQ and dining table/chairs with extensive water and bush views.

Very large kitchen with good range of appliances and fittings. Ice water/ice maker and espresso machine for coffee lovers.

Two large bedrooms with quality bedding on queen beds and own ensuite at each end of house perfect for two couples or a romantic getaway for two. Both bedrooms have majestic views east across lake to sandbar and ocean

Third bedroom downstairs with twin single beds and a convertible divan which sleeps two. An additional convertible divan in living area can sleep two extra people, if necessary.

Separate self-contained apartment for 2 people also available with queen bed and ensuite bathroom at extra cost if required.

Modern laundry conveniently located on main level of house.

Large double carport provides privacy and direct entry undercover entry to house.

Separate self-contained apartment

There is a separate self-contained apartment available below the main house with queen bed and ensuite bathroom at an extra cost if required.

Suitable for teenagers or another couple to enjoy the extensive views of the lake and bush from their very own terrace or enjoy a movie on their own flat screen TV.

The apartment is set out with toaster, kettle, small fridge, table & chairs along with its own ensuite bathroom.

We are happy to take separate bookings for a one to two night stay under the following conditions:

Local Information

You will find us just under 3 hours from Sydney nestled between Seal Rocks and Forster.

Only a short distance to Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, the glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shelly’s beach, truly a hidden secret of the region.

That\'s 5 beaches within 8 mins. ! Not to mention the beaches to be found a little further a field at Seal Rocks & Forster/Tuncurry area.

The local clubs have restaurants and the local shops will cater for most of your needs with a butcher, baker, general store/newsagent, bottle shop, and cafe / take away. Pacific Palms Sea Food is only a few minutes away, the perfect place to get your fresh local sea food.

20 minute drive to Forster/Tuncurry.

Pacific Palms, Wallis and Smiths Lake are surrounded by National Parks with secluded pristine beaches. Smiths Lake is separated from the ocean by a natural sand bar and great for all water sports and safe swimming for the kids.
