Upon entry through the foyer to the large open plan area you are greeted with great views from full length windows east across lake to sandbar and ocean. This flows out to the large outside deck with BBQ and dining table/chairs with extensive water and bush views.
Enjoy the slow combustion fire to curl up in front of as you take in the views on those colder winter months.
Living area features digital TV with HiFi, CD, AM/FM radio and DVD/VHS player. Comfortable leather wraparound lounge.
Separate reading and sitting area and Tasmanian oak dining table/chairs for eight people.
Two large bedrooms with quality bedding on queen beds and own ensuite at each end of house perfect for two couples or a romantic getaway for two. Both bedrooms have majestic views east across lake to sandbar and ocean
Third bedroom downstairs with twin single beds and a convertible divan which sleeps two. Another single bed is available adjoining this room. An additional convertible divan in living area can sleep two extra people, if necessary.
Separate self-contained apartment for 2 people also available with queen bed and ensuite bathroom at extra cost if required. The apartment can be opened up internally for larger groups.

The apartment is set out with toaster, kettle, small fridge, table & chairs along with its own ensuite bathroom.

You will find us just under 3 hours from Sydney nestled between Seal Rocks and Forster.
Only a short distance to Blueys and Boomerang surf beaches, the glorious Celito beach is just across the sandbar, Elizabeth beach is perfect for families and patrolled during holidays and then for those naturalists amongst us there is the secluded Shelly's Beach.
