Description: Wobby Beach is located opposite Brooklyn and Dangar Island. Whilst part of the mainland it has no vehicle access, access is via your own boat, water taxi or ferry which will set down at a number of jetties along the shore. Despite its name "Wobby Beach" there is no beach as such. It is probably best described as a very steep shore line with all of the housing right at the waters edge and national park in your backyard. This particular section of the Hawkesbury is almost the widest point so the view from your deck is spectacular and the evening sunsets set the scene for a romantic evening. Wobby Beach is connected to city electricity and telephone, rain water is collected in tanks and water restrictions must be observed. Please remember your neighbours - they are here also to enjoy the peace and quiet so please do not make excessive noise.
"BREAKAWAY 2" is a very comfortable and tastefully decorated private open plan self contained cabin. The elevated split level bedroom home overlooks the living area and water beyond. This is a fully equipped home with all facilities to provide for a comfortable stay and all linen is provided. Great for those special weekends away from the kids. Breakaway 2 has recently been renovated and provides the ideal cosy escape from everyday city stresses. All you need to bring is food and beverages.
