You will be met by our managers upon arrival with our Meet + Greet service. They will take you through the workings of the house and ensure everything is all in order for you to have a great stay.
Arrive to a freshly cleaned house, beds made and towels at the ready. Your all set to start holidaying upon arrival not drawing straws to see who makes the beds !
Kids can spend hours fishing from the Jetty and fossicking for shells and crabs on your private beach. Dolphins will occasionally cruise right in front of you under the jetty. We have also installed a professional soccertable fussball machine. Monopoly and Backgammon boards at the ready ...so in the odd chance of rain you are covered.
A tiled inground saltwater pool is at the front of the house and is in a totally private coutyard area complete with a hot water outdoor shower. There is also a built in Gas BBQ by the Pool as well as a Gas BBQ on the waterside deck.
The house is fitted with everything that you need for a great stay. The Kitchen utensils will satisfy budding master chefs and we have included a Roband milkshake maker + stainless steel cups (huge hit with the kids...and parents) ..and a Nespresso machine for Mum and Dad.

The lounge area is open plan with Bi-Fold doors that open onto the waterside terrace area. This makes a perfect breakfast,lunch and dinner spot, over looking the water, or that special entertaining area in the evening.
As Aussies based overseas we love our holiday time in Yamba. You can surf ,fish, sail, golf and hike all within minutes, so you dont spend all day in a car.
It really is the classic Aussie beach holiday spot and we keep working on 'Cooindah' to make it special for our own use and we sincerely hope you will find 'Cooindah' a special place to stay as well.
