Painters Beach House is a 2 minutes stroll to the beautiful Terrigal beach cafes, restaurants, the famous Florida bar, Crown Plazza and boutique shopping.
The house is on 2 levels, the top level being wheel chair friendly, allowing guests to have their own space, particularly for families.
The 2 family rooms each have their own home theatre. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 ensuite.
The ducted air conditioning throughout the whole house allows you to set your desired temperature what ever the season.

The kitchen is spacious and contains all the modern appliances and all kitchen items are supplied.
The dining room opens up for you to enjoy alfresco dining.
There are 4 large tastefully furnished bedrooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs, the house sleeps 10 people.
2 large decks one with a gas BBQ are available for outdoor living.
Enjoy the serene garden or take a few steps and enjoy the rest, shopping, dining, surfing, diving and beautiful scenic walks to the terrigal haven and skillion. It's all here for you to do and you don't even need your car.

"Painters Beach House is just beautiful, both inside and out. It's a stone's throw from the fabulous beach and all the great eateries Terrigal has to offer. Whilst incredibly convenient with everything you could wish for easily reached by foot, it is nestled amongst mature trees which house Kookaburras and Lorikeets. There are also rabbits and Bush Turkeys wandering around, all of which provides privacy and a real sense of 'getting away from it all'. There were four couples each with a child (all under 3) and the owners very kindly supplied a safety gate for the stairs and a chalk board for the children. Whilst the house is kiddy friendly, it certainly isn't to it's detriment and would appeal to groups without children. The decks are perfect for kicking back with a glass of wine and a good book. We can't recommend it highly enough, we will definitely be going back."

The photo's you gave us did not do justice to the place - the house is much bigger and better than the it appears in the photo's.
