Your AIRCONDITIONED accommodation sleeps up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms (Queen and two single beds), There is built in robes in each bedroom. Overhead fans in the main bedroom and lounge area.

Your accommodation is QUIET & VERY PRIVATE being the rear house of 2 on the site.

FULLY FENCED, SECURE PARKING, it has a double carport/BBQ area with extra parking space for the BOAT & TRAILER. The driveway gates can be closed for added privacy or small child safety.

The house and yard is FLAT & LEVEL, other than 1 small step at the entrance door.

There are 2 LAWN LOCKERS for storage of bikes etc.

The KITCHEN contains everything that the master chef or hunter & gatherer requires. There is a gas cooktop and BBQ and electric oven and microwave.

The FISHERMEN will love being able to gather their own bait (yabbies) on the low tide, and then catch a nice bream on the incoming tide. Then walk 200m back home and cook your CATCH OF THE DAY.

Other meal options include:
LOCAL CLUBS - Courtesy Buses can be caught just 100m away, or
you can walk to restaurants including the Anchorage Marina, Sanook Thai, Bandaraya Malaysian, or even Maccas and the food court at Salamander Shopping centre.

We are CLOSE TO ALL THAT PORT STEPHENS HAS TO OFFER from the surf beaches, bay beaches, dolphin & Whale watching wharves; Horse, quadbike and camel ride Sand hill tours; Tobbogan Hill park for hours of fun and exhilaration; or just lazing around enjoying the games and books provided in the TV cabinet.

Closer Attractions:
SUNSETS, swimming or BBQs on the sand. Fishing, boating and often DOLPHINS are visible working the shallows for food just 200 metres away.

Maybe coffee or an ice cream at the ANCHORAGE MARINA a short walk (less than 1km) via the scenic foreshore walk that most tourists never get to see.

Transport:
There is a bus stop 100mt away servicing the entire Port Stephens area, with Port Stephens Coaches (.com.au) connecting to Newcastle (via Newcastle Airport) hourly and Sydney daily.
Hourly trains connect Sydney and Newcastle. Newcastle Airport is half hour away with direct flights to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Brisbane.

If ARRIVING BY BOAT, a safe anchorage in all but strong westerly winds is 200mts away.
