Ivybrook Vineyard Cottage, built early 2009, offers luxury self catering accommodation for up to four people in a 40 acre rural setting offering birdlife, vineyards, olive trees, Winter creek, farm animals, scenic views from its elevated decking/balcony area, BBQ facilities, quality furnishings, , polished timber floors, a full self catering kitchen with dishwasher, air-conditioning, laundry facilities, cosy wood heater (April to September), large LCD screen TV, DVD, stereo with IPod docking station and a two person candlelit oval spa bath.

Perfect for celebrating special occasions, honeymoons, birthdays, anniversaries or just a relaxing getaway.

Cooked breakfast provisions supplied to last the first two mornings – bacon, free range eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, bread, cereals, milk, juice, jams, pancake ingredients and toppings. Plunger coffee and teas, bowl of fruit, chocolates & biscuits. A bottle of quality wine from the McLaren Vale Region.

Bedroom One offers 1 x queen-size bed, electric blanket, ceiling fan and built in robe
Bedroom Two offers 2 x single beds, electric blankets, ceiling fan and robe hooks/luggage racks

The Cottage is situated within a ten minute drive to the McLaren Vale Wine Region, 5 minutes to the spectacular coastline, white sandy beaches & beautiful sunsets at Maslin Beach & Port Willunga and within 45 minutes to the City of Adelaide.

Why not base yourself at the cottage and take a Kangaroo Island Highlights Day Tour. The Sealink Connection Coach departs daily from nearby Aldinga (only 3 minutes drive from the cottage)to Cape Jervis for the ferry across to Penneshaw.

Wineries, beaches, markets, restaurants, art & craft close by.

Winery tours, function and restaurant transport available.

Watching an amazing sunset down at the beach is a wonderful experience. Often throughout the Year, you can head to the beach about 10 minutes before sunset and watch the sun sink into the water.
