The lakeside outlook is breathtaking and the house has a sunny northern aspect. A short walk to the water will allow you to throw a line in, or just sit to enjoy the sun and peaceful surroundings.
The main bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the lake, plus an ensuite and small study with dial-up internet, if work is mixed with holiday.
An open plan, modern kitchen, dining and living area provide a great atmosphere for the family or group to be together.
TV, DVD, video & stereo are provided in the living area and the balcony has a gas barbeque to cook all the fish caught in the lake.
There is a laundry, covered parking for two cars, room to park and wash a boat, and plenty of off & on street parking.
The accommodation is brand new and has four bedrooms with sleeping capacity for 10 (beds & bunks for adults & children). The house is well suited to large families, family groups or groups of friends.
Couples would also enjoy the space and privacy, as would the executive that needs to keep in contact with the office via dial-up internet while taking a well earned break.
The lake is expansive & suitable for most kinds of pleasure boating, including power, sail, jet ski & kayak. Wake board enthusiasts have plenty of room to maneuver.
For the more leisurely, there are plenty of small bays to anchor and have a fish or jump in to cool off.
There are at least 3 boat ramps within 5 minutes of the house. The popular family boating & skiing spot of Killarney is 300 meters from the house.
Fishing is excellent as the lake opens in to the ocean and fed by fresh salt water. The lake provides a good sanctuary for fish to breed and most local species can be caught. Some of the biggest Flathead have been caught in front of the house.
Beach and great surfing is found just 5 minutes away at Conjola Village at the entrance to the lake. "Green Island", one of Australia's best surf spots, is here as well.
Other activities within 15 minutes include;
- Golf at Mollymook Golf course,
- restaurants at nearby Milton & Ulladulla,
- Bushwalking, sightseeing & wineries.

Just wanted to let you know we had a fantastic weekend! The house was great, we were very impressed with how homely it was.
Everything was perfect- from the comfort of all the beds, down to the cutlery and utensils in the kitchen! The space was great, you would never have known there were 9 of us staying there! And it was fantastic that we were in walking distance to the ski beach.
The most comfortable, spacious, well equipped accommodation we have ever stayed at! We will be back!
