This privately owned luxury top floor apartment 7311/7312 within the Mantra Resort at Kingscliff, has ocean views to Byron Bay. Plenty of room for the family, or a group of friends. Master bedroom has spa bath and king bed. The second bedroom has two king single beds. It also has own ensuite, with bath and shower. Both have large balconies to take advantage of the spectacular ocean and hinterland views.
In the lounge, there is a pull out sofa bed. A Porta-cot is available if required
The unit has everything you require for your stay. Lots of extra private touches to make it feel like home. Tea and coffee is complimentary to start your holiday, and anything else you require, you can purchase from the very well stocked IGA supermarket which is located within the Resort.
The kitchen has microwave, stove etc. and also a laundry with washer and dryer. A DVD player is included with current movies to watch FREE. Everything you need for a great holiday.
Coolangatta airport is only 15 minutes away
The Beach and activities
The Beach is patrolled 365 days for your safety. Take long walks along the beach, collect shells, talk to the seagulls, watch the hermit crabs pop up, go fishing or surfing, or just laze about on the sand. Play beach cricket.
If you are feeling energetic, hire a bicycle and explore riding along the bikeways, or hire a surfboard and tackle the waves.
There is something for everyone. There are two tennis courts, two swimming pools, a gym, BBQ.

There is an array of shops right at the Resort, including a Tavern and Bistro, Bottle Shop, Hairdresser, Witchery and Sunburn, Seafood, Italian and Thai restaurants, Coffee Shop and Fish and Chips takeaway.
You have the choice...you can explore neighbouring areas...climb Mt. Warning, or take a short drive into the township of Kingscliff where you will find more shops and restaurants and clubs including the Kingscliff Bowls Club. The resort is located very close to the Tweed where you will find Golf Clubs, entertainment, Theatres, and more. Only 30 minutes south to Byron Bay or drive north to Dreamworld, Movieworld and Wet'n'Wild (45 minutes). Or stay right where you are and enjoy the ambience that this Resort has to offer. If you want to be pampered, wander next door to Golden Door Spa.

Had a wonderful week in this well-equipped, super clean apartment. On the southern wing of the resort, nice and quiet away from the main areas but with lovely views down to the ocean from both balconies. Separate twin room with its own bathroom and tv/dvd meant our boys had their own space too, and us some peace & quiet! Resort is wonderful, the thai restaurant is to die for! Pools were fab too. Lovely beach, easy walk along the beach walkway into Kingscliff. Lovely touches from the owner added to our week, we will be back! Thanks Judy!

Thank you Judy for a pleasant weekend away in Kingscliff. The apartment is so beautiful for a break away. I love the balcony view of the water. Your special touch of a bottle of wine and the great selection of DVDs were a hit. All the menus for the surrounding restaurants was useful too. We would definitely like to come back soon!

As a fellow stayz owner, I could not fault this unit. Everything we needed was in the unit, including loads of up to date DVDs which the kids enjoyed. The Mantra resort is great, there are 2 pools which were beautifully and we enjoyed spending hours there. We chose to have the buffet breakfast on a couple of occasions too. The Surf Club and restaurants are close by which gives you several options for dinner. The Gold Coast theme parks are less than an hour away. Thank you Judy:)

Right from our first contact with Judy the owner,it was a very easy process to book this holiday unit at Mantra. Judy was most helpful and accomodating and the price was fantastic. We had a wonderful time, the unit was perfect, very clean with all the modern facilities including the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. As it is a private unit there were little touches like the christmas tree and wine in the fridge which was really nice! We will definitly be booking with the McConville's again. The views are gorgeous from every room and it's sparkling clean! We saw whales from the balcony and the beach is really typical of the sensational East Coast of Australia. Easy drive from airport and accessible to Surfers and Byron. If you are looking for a resort type holiday or a base to explore, it's a great apartment.

What a beautiful and peaceful part of the coast to visit. Facilities at this apartment are fantastic, walk to the beach, bar/restaurant just approx. 5 paces away. What a gorgeous place to stay ! The apartment was amazing and the facilities of the resort just beautiful. Our stay has been great, although a couple of the days we had rain. But there were plenty of DVD's to watch, kids and adults movies. Everything has been thought of in the apartment, right down to the glad wrap. The kids were not bored and the beach was beautiful, complete with Lifesavers. We have already booked for our holiday next year.

Wonderfull accomodation! The apartment is furnished to perfection with 3 LCD tv's and large bathrooms with a spa.

We had a fabulous time at the resort. The apartment is roomy, well equiped and has great separation of bedrooms. THere is so much to do that we didn't book long enough and will definately go back. The creek nearby is perfect for paddleboarding and it has an amazing abundance of marinelife - kids had a ball trying to catch fish and looking at all the different types. Thanks again - wonderful place and easy to book/arrange.

What a pleasant surprise to find somewhere that's even better than what it looks in the pics. Comfortable, chic, super clean, practical, quiet, great bed, lovely big bath tubs, walk to the beach, and a fab balcony...what more could you ask for??? This stay far exceeded my expectations even though it stormed my whole visit!!! The Mantra resort itself was quiet, unpretentious and very relaxed. Just one thing though - be aware it's a 30 minute taxi ride from the airport ($55).

Had a fantastic time.
The rooms are a great size and allow for individual timeout's if required. The free DVD's to watch were good and have a good selection for both adults and children to enjoy.
If staying for more than a couple of nights then i would recommend that you take some spare toilet paper and tissues as no extras are provided in the rooms.
The Resort itself is good by very spaced out and as such expect to travel a long way from the carport to the room itself. This also includes getting around the actual resort itself.
I would recommend a short trip down to Kingscliff as there is a fully stocked Woolworths and other shops and cafe's to visit (Rather than the IGA located at the resort), this is where the locals shop. Also remember that this is still a small sleepy town so don't expect cafe's to be open before 8am on a Sunday for breakfast, try and take things slow.
Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Oceanview apartment was fantastic. Plenty to do and was great for my children. Spent heaps of time at the pools and on the beach. The bike tracks go all the way into Kingscliff. And we sat on the balcony in the evenings and simply enjoyed the view. Plenty of videos and us and the kids to enjoy. We are already planning our next trip back. Judy, the owner goes that extra mile to make sure it is an enjoyable holiday

What a fantastic unit!!! The owner Judy was excellent to deal with and always able to answer any questions. The unit was spacious (which is important with a 5 and a almost 2 year old). The DVD's selection came in handy to bribe children away from the wonderful lagoon pool. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils etc. We will definatly make it a must to return to Judy's unit!!!!!!! We all loved it!!!!!

Our family had a two week holiday at Salt in the Oceanview Apartment and we have come home feeling fully rested. As our two children are quite young, the facilities suited our needs perfectly and our days were spent at the pool, beach, bike riding, at the park.... Our children had a great time and the apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped and the view was perfect. We will definitely be back again. Look forward to it.

I booked the appartment for family coming up from victoria for my mother's 80th birthday. The weather was kind and they had a wonderful time enjoying the appartment and the surrounding beach, resort pools, and restaurants. We also were visited by other family and friends, and luckily the appartment had more than enough plates, glasses etc. It was great to be able to put on an alfresco lunch, and nibbles whilst watching the election and having everything we needed there. Outstanding location, accommodation and facilities. Fabulous ocean views from the balcony, relaxing atmosphere and quiet beach. The apartment was excellent, extremely clean, well maintained and modern with everything you need to enjoy your stay. TIP: Although there are three TVs, there is no DVD player so if you want to keep the kids occupied with a movie it is worth bringing portable DVD player (the resort does hire them out but it is a little pricey).
The hotel facilities were great - our two girls aged 6 and 4 absolutley loved the lagoon pool and it was great to have the patrolled beach only 2 minutes away. There was also good food and coffee available at your doorstep. The Thai food we had was amongst the best we have ever tasted. The SALT Bar and Bistro was family friendly with a great kids area and specials on Mon and Thurs night when kids eat free.
Thw owner Judy, was great to deal with as well and promptly answered any questions we had.
I HIGHLY recommend the Mantra Resort and particularly this apartment. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Excellent holiday, especially as we had brought our bikes along and it was an easy ride for the kids to Kingscliff for shopping or a swim in Cudgen Creek. The walk to Kingscliff was also pleasant.
Nice to have the smaller, less popular of the two pools close to the unit for a dip in the evening.

An absolutely awasome weekend; just what we needed for our weekend escape. We stayed with our 2 children and loved the idea of them having their seperate dual key apartment and they loved having their own space with their own tv. The layout of the apartments was great,loved the spa, and enjoyed the view of the ocean.The resort facilities were terrific and had everything you needed. We went out for breakfast, walked along the beach and watched the windsurfers, and enjoyed dinner at the local tavern. It was even warm enough in the heated pool for the kids to have a swim.
