All cancellations attract a 20% administration fee, cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival forfeit 50% of deposit, cancellations within 7 days of arrival will forfeit 100% deposit, cancellations within 72 hours of arrival forfeit full tariff, however, if the accommodation is relet 50% of the full tariff amount will be refunded.(peak period and special events require 30 days notice for refund).

Linen packs include top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bathmats & tea towels.
