The apartment is $180 per night throughout the whole year apart from Christmas and New Year.

The apartment is located on the corner of Little Lonsdale and Spencer Street. It is only a few minutes walk from the Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Train and Coach terminal, with its direct shuttle bus connection to Melbourne Airport. For shopping lovers, the DFO (Direct Factory Outlets) shopping centre is just across the road.
All within easy walking distance are Docklands, CBD, Queen Victoria Markets, Southbank, Crown Casino and all the city has to offer! To explore further afield, or if you don't feel like walking, trains, trams and the free City Circle line are on the doorstep.

There is not parking in the building however there is a long term car park directly across the road.
