Description

This is a 2 or 3 bedroom beach cottage, located only 50m to the water's edge, in the sleepy locality of Drummonds Cove. The cottage is fully equipped with 2 airconditioners, cooking facilities, TV and DVD, BBQ and outdoor setting.
There is space to park your car under cover, and a fenced rear yard. Geraldton is 11 minutes drive into the CBD, and a large shopping centre is at Sunset Beach only 5 minutes drive. There is a Roadhouse open 24/7 about 1km away. The lifestyle here is amazing, with quiet beaches and sand dunes nearby, and beach tracks all the way north to Horrocks near
Northampton.
Good fishing, quiet walks, lovely sunsets.

Surf Cottage

The cottage has had some good renovations and is well decorated and maintained. The neighbourhood is very quiet and you are guaranteed a peaceful stay. There is an outdoor area, and a BBQ with a gas bottle supplied. We have guests come back year after year, as we have a well priced comfortable holiday home. We try to give the visitors what we would like ourselves, within the confines of cost.

Rooms

This property sleeps up to 7 adults in 2 bedrooms. The configuration is a double, in one bedroom, two single bunk beds in the second bedroom, a sofa-bed sleeping two in the rear room and pullout sofa sleeping one in the lounge area.
