This property is not suitable for children

Main Bedroom has full ensuite (Shower / Toilet) and HD LCD TV, the 2nd Bedroom has full Bathroom (Shower,Toilet,Bath).Both Bedrooms have very comfortable Queen size beds. ( Quality Sheets and Towels are provided).

An electric BBQ is situated on the Balcony or there is a BBQ situated by the pool area.

One very secure underground car parking space.

Full use of Swimming Pool, Gymnasium, Golf Practice Net and Tennis Court.

The apartment is situated in a quiet leafy part of Southbank just across the road from the War Memorial (ideal position for the ANZAC Day Celebrations), within walking distance of Melbourne (or 2 minutes by tram). The Crown Casino, Art Gallery, Federation Square, Flinders Street Station and the many beautiful Restaurants and Theatres that Melboure has to offer, The MCG and Rod Laver Tennis Centre. are all within walking distance.
Trams also go to St.Kilda and Albert Park Lake the home of the Melbourne Grand Prix.

IGA Supermarket & Liquor Store are directly across the road.

  • "The apartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Two couples could easily be comfortable here. The kitchen and laundry have everything needed for an extended stay. The location is just close enough to walk and tram everywhere with no need for a car, and just far enough to avoid the noise of the nightlife. Brank and his wife were really helpful and flexible with check in and check out times, and explained all the local eateries and tram stops. I would definitely stay here again, and recommend it to friends."

We were there for the cricket, it was a pleasant 20min walk to the MCG and around 10min to the bars and restaurants of Southbank and the city centre. The tram stop is only a 2 minute walk. We would definitely stay at the Southbank Royale again and would highly recommend it"

  • "The apartment is fantastic, plenty of space, very well maintained and the views from the balcony are great. It is close to everything, we stayed here for 3 nights to attend a Bledisloe Cup match at Etihad Stadium - easily accessible by tram which stops one block away from the apartment. We also ended up going to an AFL match at the MCG which was a pleasant 20min walk. The Crown Casino is also within easy walking distance and worth a visit even if you're not the gambling type. We will definitely keep this apartment in mind for our next trip to Melbourne as everything was so well organised. Thank you Brank for helping to make this trip a success."

Location was excellent as it's an easywalk to the city, Casino, South Shores DFO, MCG & Tennis centre. 9th Floor unit commanded excellent views.
