Nina's is a HIA award winning luxury family beach house located directly opposite the beautiful Sapphire Beach.

This three bedroom, double story home has been designed with relaxation in mind

Downstairs you will find the bar and second lounge room equipt with a Plasma TV. Here you have direct access to the pool through Bi fold doors or you can watch the children play through the expanse of the glass wall.

You will also find the third of the oversized bedrooms with its own ensuite and luxurious bedding.

Upstairs leads you into the open plan living that takes full advantatge of the ocean.

The spaciously designed kitchen is fully equipt so catering is a pleasure.

The lounge and dining area blend seemlessly together, and with the bi fold doors that open onto the balcony, the ocean appears to flow through the entire home.

The second spacious bathroom is located on this level, and services the other luxurious sized 2nd bedroom.

The master bedroom, which flows off from the living area is very spacious and grand. With direct access to the balcony, an ensuite with your own private spa, all the designer comforts have been added.

So either mix a cocktail by the pool, dine on the balcony, soak in the spa or walk along the almost deserted beach, this is where the relaxation begins.

Nina's is located less than 5 minutes from the heart of Coffs Harbour so if you wish to leave the relaxation of this multi million dollar home, there are many activities to do.

You can choose from more great beaches, two shopping centres, restaurants that cater for tastes from around the world, relaxing beauty salons, white water rafting, ice skating, horse riding and many more fun activities.

Or you may find that you enjoy all the comforts and luxury that Nina's offer, you may never want to leave.

While pets and smoking are not allowed, don’t be shy to inquire about anything extra that will make your stay more enjoyable and we will endeavour to provide it for you.
