This lovely new spacious contemporary home is great for that beach break or a cosy winter getaway.Its perfect for families or couples. Sorry no groups of young people. Its in a quiet cul de sac just a 10 minute tree lined stroll to Dunsboroughs cafes, boutiques and gift shops (we are in central Dunsborough, not in the golf estate, just walk down Naturaliste Terrace and thru the walkway and youre there, we are at the end of the culdesac). Follow the leafy walkways along the creek and you'll be on the beautiful Geographe Bay in less than 10 minutes.

The home has 3 bedrooms (plus a futon sofa bed is in the small TV room which a child could sleep on- 9th person) and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 have a Queen size bed and Bedroom 3 has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4, single size beds). Linen is not included, you can BYO(we provide doonas and covers and pillows) or it can be hired. The open plan living area houses the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass splashback and the cupboards are well stocked with everything you'll need for entertaining, relaxing or cooking for a crowd if you fancy! The dishwasher will take care of all those dishes and we've supplied enough crockery, cutlery to easily cater for two families. The spacious family room has an LCD TV, DVD and sound system. Enjoy the view of the gum tree tops and peppi trees through the windows.

The adults can have some time to themselves with a TV room just for the kids, it has a TV, DVD and video player (with a video library of all the old favourites). It has kids table and chairs and puzzles.

The large covered covered Alfresco has an eight person table and chairs to sit back and watch the honeyeaters, wrens and parrots in the flowers and birdbath while you cook up bacon and eggs on the BBQ. The kids will be safe riding their trikes or scooters around the fully fenced back garden.

The garden is all Australian natives and attracts many birds and possums live in the local peppi trees, The front verandah ia a great place to sit in the morning with a cuppa and watch the local birdlife.

CLEANING CHARGES INCLUDED IN TARRIFF (other than 2 night stay)

Pets are not permitted.

The house has a strict no smoking inside policy and any evidence of smoke smell will incur extra cleaning charges.

ATTRACTIONS

KAYAK: Paddle the beautiful local beaches and bays, we've plenty of storage room for your kayaks/ canoes.
BIKE RIDE: Many cycleways run through the area surrounding the house. Bike hire is available in town.
BUSHWALK: The house adjoins the "Marri Reserve", great for wildflowers and local fauna and flora. Walk up and see the kangaroos on the golf course nearby.
BIRDWATCHING: our garden attracts many bird varities that move between us and the bush nearby
"CREATURES": Possums visit most evenings, we have bobtail goannas and skinks passing through often
SIGHTSEEING: An abundance of cafes, wineries, galleries throughout the area
