With fantastic ocean views, this well appointed 2 storey beach house is a stroll away from the beach and Moore River. Opposite the shady Gabbadah Park and playground, the house facilities include a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, a pool table, table tennis, cubby house and bikes. A wall of floor to ceiling windows in the large living area provides a panoramic view of the ocean and surrounds.

Enjoy fishing, canoeing, safe swimming, the golf course and tennis courts, all within 300m of this centrally located house.

The house is fully equipped, only linen and towels are required.

About Guilderton

Situated at the mouth of Moore River, an hour north of Perth, the picturesque town of Guilderton is a favourite spot for anglers and beach goers who have the choice of ocean or river activities.

The town has a tranquil atmosphere and is popular with family holiday makers. The major attractions of the area are the river and beach.

The Moore River provides a safe swimming area for children, while the ocean usually provides good waves for surfers. Explore the upper reaches of the river and its wildlife on a boat cruise or hire a canoe.


The town facilities include a general store with a full range of groceries and takeaway food, as well as the country club, roadhouse, bowling green, tennis courts, a nine hole golf course and canoe and boat hire.
