This gorgeous town-house has been furnished with comfort and amenities for the perfect family holiday, or a relaxing get-away for the grown-ups in mind. Approximately 1 1/2 hours drive from Sydney's CBD (and less if taking the expressway via the Hills freeway), the complex faces the vast, unspoilt beach at The Entrance North via the complex's own back gate. (Literally 5 minutes out the back door).

The town-house is of contemporary design, as are the fittings & furnishings within the town-house. Complete with plunge pool, the property also features an open, but private atrium (barbeque and outdoor seating), plus rear and front courtyards for entertaining your family and friends. A private balcony extends off the main bedroom. Reverse cycle air-conditioning for all seasons for those who feel the cold, or the heat, is on call

Security parking with internal access from garage directly into the town-house, together with internal vistors' security parking is available. It is but a short stroll across the bridge to The Entrance foreshore to enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, shops and tourist sites that The Entrance, and indeed, The Central Coast has to offer... but, still well away from the "hoi polloi" of the town centre. Just listen to the sound of the waves on the beach.

General description

The property features a fully equipped, state of art kitchen (Gaggenau and Fisher & Paykel appliances); internal laundry with washer/dryer and downstairs powder room. The property has been installed with reverse-cycled inverter air-con (2 units upstairs, and 2 units downstairs) which can be modified to suit each individual room needs.

The front sitting room is furnished with a comfy modular lounge, 105cm Plasma TV/DVD/video combo and stereo (with iPod docking) and family games. The dining area fits in neatly to suit your requirements, but our guess is that you will be eating in the atrium; sheltered & warm, whilst looking up at the stars. There is a small selection of dvds if you forget to bring your own.

We have created a rear sitting room that features a double sofa bed, a 101cm LCD television with DVD/video combo specifically designed to keep the kids entertained whilst the adults can enjoy their privacy in the front sitting room. So don't forget to bring your CDs/DVDs/video games/playstations/Wiis! This room also doubles up as our library - please help yourselves to pick up a book from the eclectic collection of the owners.

The town-house features an unusual internal open, but private atrium, the centrepiece of its design. High glass windows keep the wind at bay but maintain warmth. Just the place for your barbeque or cocktail-hour after a hard day at the beach!

Upstairs, two bedrooms, the master bedroom with queen size bed, enormous wardrobe and equally enormous ensuite with bath.

The second bedroom comprises two king single beds, again featuring a large, mirrored wardrobe, and large separate bathroom.

The town house is filled with light and air, due to the generous proportions of floor to ceiling glass windows and high ceilings used throughout the property.

Other points to note

Sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT supplied, so please remember to bring your own. (These may be hired locally). Pillows, doona covers and blankets ARE supplied and we would be obliged if same could be left in a clean & tidy condition upon departure.

Don't forget to bring your favourite CDs and DVDs!

Pets are NOT permitted.

Smoking within the town-house is NOT permitted.

  • "Karagi Sands is situated perfectly for a summer beach hoilday. The beach was just out the back gate and it was no more than a 30 - 50m walk to the flagged area. Our family enjoyed this well catered holiday townhouse, sharing bbqs, games, surfing and dips in the plunge pool as well as walks to the point and to The Entrance. We also enjoyed a trip to Sydney to see the test cricket. A great holiday was had by all and I congratulate the owners on a well presented holiday home. "
