Description
Cape Woolamai is a secluded, peaceful part of Phillip Island. Our beach house is 100m from the bay beach looking back to the bridge and San Remo. Life is at a relaxed pace. There are many local walks nearby. Cape Woolamai surf beach is a 5-min drive and is patrolled during summer.
This 2-storey, 4 bedroom house is light and comfy. Bedding can accommodate 8, 2 bathrooms, huge rumpus room downstairs with table tennis and soccer table, TV with DVD.
Large living room upstairs with community-size table seating 10 and a cupboard-full of board games and puzzles plus a bookshelf stacked with novels, magazines and brochures. Airconditioner/heater as well as a Coonara for those cold cosy nights. Upper deck with seating and views has a bbq. Kitchen has all you could need including microwave, dishwasher, double oven, large and bar fridge.
Large enclosed rear yard is dog friendly, with small indoor room for shelter. If you bring pets, please check with us first - NO PETS INDOORS.
NO YOUNG GROUPS - As this is a fairly quiet area of Phillip Island and our neighbours are understandably not tolerant when it comes to rowdy behaviour, please consider this before booking - fantastic place for family fun and R&R, not party time. Sorry to have to say that, but I get the phone call when it has happened previously and it's uncomfortable for everyone.

Doonas and pillows are supplied but tenants are required to provide their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels) - except for bike weekend (where basic linen is supplied).
Some basics supplied: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil
Check-in times are flexible in non-peak periods and weekends - please check with us.
December/January summer period: minimum stay 7 days Sunday to Sunday.
