Searhyllity is a brand new four bedroom home which is ideal for families. A stunning upstairs kitchen/living and dining area leads onto a spacious alfresco. The alfresco area begs you to open a bottle of wine and get the BBQ started. The alfresco also leads you up onto a sun deck where you can soak up the sun as you overlook magnificent bay views.
Upstairs also has the main bedroom with a wow factor ensuite and luxurious spa. There is also a separate powder room upstairs.

Downstairs caters for the kids - games room with table tennis table, TV/DVD and plenty of board games. There are three bedrooms down stairs - one double, and two sets of bunk beds in the other two rooms. The bathroom has a nice deep bath and there is a separate powder room and laundry.

Searhyllity is nestled in the tranquil town of Rhyll, only 10 minutes walk to some of the best eateries on the Island and only a short drive to Cowes. The Rhyll foreshore caters for all culinary needs - elegant dining at the Foreshore restaurant, the Greek tavern or argubly the best fish 'n chips in Phillip Island at Tides. Rhyll also has a general store and bottle shop.
If you feel like a spot of fishing with the kids, the pier or trout farm are only a short walk away. Rhyll also has a lovely small beach which is suitable for children and only 10 mininute walk away. If surfs up Smiths Beach is only a few minutes drive away. If you feel like an afternoon of wine tasting, the Purple Hen Winery is a few minutes drive around the corner.
