This amazing 4-bedroom holiday home offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living accommodating up to 8 people, ideal for couples or a family.

‘Resort Style’ – Raffia House has numerous entertaining areas, you will always find a private spot for peace and quiet if that is what you are after.

This Holiday home is stylishly elegant yet understated with modern decor, the central kitchen is spacious and well equipped with loads of crockery, glasses, and cookware to cater for family entertaining.

This great destination is a supreme location for “Gold Coast” lifestyle. It is an easy stroll to Broad beach’s café & restaurant strip, Jupiters Casino, The Gold Coast Convention Centre, Pacific Fair shopping, and even walk to the magnificent Broadbeach surf - you can leave your car parked for the whole holiday.

The impressive Living Pavilion at the rear of the house overlooking the water presides over the property. This pavilion is modeled upon a traditional Balinese dwelling, with a soaring spectacular roof supported by huge beams. The expansive space is furnished with comfortable sofas, ottoman, and coffee table. The built-in BBQ is also housed in this Pavilion with a comfortable dining setting for 8 people, take advantage of the fabulous Queensland climate and dine outdoors all year round.

Raffia Beach House has two full sized master suites:
One of the master suites is a fully detached teak ‘Burre’ style bungalow with a high roof constructed of warm timbers. The modern furnishings include and a sitting area for a quiet retreat and on your private deck overlooking the water.
The other master bedroom is part of the main house, yet very private – this room is ideal if you have young children and you don’t want to be detached from the house, it has a huge en-suite with a great spa bath for your own private moments.
The 2 other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each room. These to rooms share the main bathroom with a separate toilet. Linen is included in the tariff.

The media area adjacent to the pool courtyard has Foxtel which will please all movie & sport fanatics. This is a great area for the kids as it is tucked away from the adults play area.
There is a second flat screen TV in the open plan living area.

The north facing sun drenched mango-shaped swimming pool is set in a tropical garden, this is fantastic for outdoor entertaining, situated on the other side of the house away from the main living pavilion, enjoy a drink by the pool on the sun lounges or relax with a casual meal as you watch the kids frolic in the pool. You can relax with the knowledge that the pool is fully fenced as is the boundary that fronts the water on the canal, very safe for children & welcomed furry friends!

Raffia House has its own pontoon and sandy beach so if you want to stay home and enjoy these facilities you can fish for bream from the jetty or go for a paddle around the waterways in the kayaks provided to check out the million dollars homes from the water side.

There is secure off street parking plus double remote control garage.

Raffia House is in a residential area, so is not available for parties, functions or end of school party groups.
