A games room with ample seating and doors to outside BBQ area and inground heated swimming pool. There is a second toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer adjacent to the large double garage. Off street parking is also available. The BBQ area has dining setting for 10 and the pool area has numerous lounge beds and table and chairs.

Upstairs Accommodation

Upstairs takes you to the main air conditioned lounge room with TV, DVD and video player, also a stereo system. Double doors lead out to a balcony over looking the water and pool area with table and seating.

Things To Do

This is an ideal house for the family holiday, especially the boating enthusiasts, as there is a pontoon for mooring or fishing from. Children can happily fish off the pontoon whilst mum and dad enjoy the heated swimming pool.

All this is only a few minutes walk to the shops, including butcher, baker and bottle shop. Some 10 minutes away is Forster/Tuncurry where you will find an array of great restaurants, boat hire, golf course, beautiful beaches and much, much more.
