The property sleeps 8, bedroom 1 having a queen bed, an ensuite shower room, drawers and large walk in robe. Bedroom 2 & 3 also have queen beds, built in robes and drawers. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds, drawers and built in robe. There is a lovely outside entertaining area with a BBQ and fully fenced solar heated below ground pool. A well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family bathroom with walk in shower and bath, laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also fully ducted air conditioning for those really hot days and nights. Entertainment includes a 42 inch plasma TV, DVD player and digital TV box in the spacious family room, with the formal lounge also having its own TV and digital TV box. All fresh linen and towels are provided.

Carramar is a beautiful northern suburb of Perth, just 2 mins drive from the house is the brand new Carramar Village with supermarket, liquor store, pharmacy, fast food places, café, bakery, fitness centre and much more. The Wanneroo Botanical Gardens are also 2 mins drive away with their Leap Frog Café and mini golf. Drovers market is also close by, here you can buy fresh fish, meat and fruit and veg. Joondalup City is only 5 mins drive away with it’s many restaurants, pubs, clubs, large Lakeside Shopping Centre and Arena indoor swimming pool/sporting complex. The picturesque Burns Beach is just 10 mins drive away, here you can snorkel or just relax on the sandy beach.

For all you keen golfers, the house is situated 2 mins drive from Carramar Golf Course, 10 mins drive from Joondalup Country Club and 25 mins drive from the world famous The Vines Resort.
