Wattle-B is a 2 bedroom cottage situated between the lake and the sea. It has a lovely cottage garden with an outside seating area.
It is a 2 bedroom cottage fully self contained and sleeps 4 people.
Bedroom 1: Has a queen sized bed and side tables and views of the cottage garden.
Bedroom 2: Has a set of bunk beds side draws plus a built in robe.
The cottage also contains fully equipped kitchen, laundry and entertainment facilities with Microwave, Fridge, Washing machine, TV, Video, DVD, CD Player, Split system for heating and cooling, ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area, and BBQ available outside.
The cottage is located within 3 minutes walk of Lake Victoria. Less than a 4 minute drive to the 90 mile beach and Less than a 3 minutes drive to the town and marina.
WATER SPORTS
Loch Sport is set amongst the beautiful Gippsland Lakes, 35 Mins from Sale, the 90 Mile Surf Beach and the safe waters of Lake Victoria are the perfect venue for water based holiday activities - from toddlers splashing in the shallows of the lake to surf fishing in the ocean. The waters around Loch Sport are ideal for windsurfing, sailing, cruising, and water skiing, fishing and even parasailing. Offering 90 miles of golden beaches and 41 thousand hectares of Lake System.
It also has direct access to the 90 Mile Beach and is surrounded by National and Coastal Parkland. For all keen budding fishermen Loch Sport offers lake fishing from a boat the banks or a jetty. You can surf fish from many spots along the 90 Mile Beach. In addition to fishing there are excellent safe swimming sites along the sheltered lake shore.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
numerous walking and cycling tracks around the town and along the shores of the Lake.
A highlight of your trip would be a visit to the Lakes National Park where wildlife is prolific - Kangaroos, swamp wallaby, hog deer, common wombat, short-beaked echidna, koala and common bush tail possum and many more.
Loch Sport offers a Pub, RSL, Marina, Tennis Courts, Bowls Club, Golf Course, Mini Golf, Children's Park, Boat Club, Bakery and Supermarket.

"What a find. Stayed for 3 days with a family of four and our pet. The Cottage was everything I imagined and more. Lots of character and charm, roomy but with all the mod cons for cooking, entertaining and relaxing. What a treat for the dog and us to have easy access to a lovely stretch of ocean beach and the lake all so close to the cottage. We also enjoyed playing board games on the front porch sipping on a nice wine and taking in the lovely views of the garden. look forward to staying again soon."

"We had a wonderful time at Wattle-B. Set in beautiful private grounds with a picturesque three minute walk to the lake --Wattle-B was comfortably furnished, cosy, clean, generously appointed and so very tranquil. Nothing disappointed. The birdlife was constantly entertaining and we were more than happy to spend the day mooching around the grounds or inside curled up with a book. It was very well set up for pets too with a secure outdoor enclosure. We would certainly recommend this property to friends & family - anyone!"

"Our stay at the cottage was very relaxing. We had great walks along the beach and our dog found new freedom off the lead. She was new to the beach but was soon running and jumping along the sand, and wore herself out. Fabulous cottage with a beautiful garden.Loch sport is well located for exploring the area. great cottage really enjoyed our short break fantastic spot to unwind with the family and the pets,loved the wildlife and the birdlife the fishing was great.The pub running a shuttle bus was also very handy enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to worry about driving after a few drinks.Highly recommend Wattle-B for a great break.

My husband & I had the great fortune to stay at Wattle-B. The cottage is a home away from home, everything and I mean everything provided down to biscuits in the barrel and milk in the fridge.The furniture and beds SO comfortable.The gardens are cottagy with a BBQ area out the back and a gorgous little dining room that was simple in its elegance.We walked around the lake and had the most relaxing time. I have no hesitation is giving Wattle-B and its owners a resounding 10 out of 10 for their thoughtfulness.

Wattle-B cottage really is an ideal place to stay. Everything is provided, plenty of room to move around, beautiful gardens, friendly neighbours, the peace and quiet is unrivalled. Enjoy kangaroos in the drive way, koalas in the trees, abundant native bird life and a feeling of total relaxation. If you need a break from the rigours of everyday life and need to let your hair down then I strongly recommend a stay at Wattle B cottage. Lake Victoria is 5 minutes away, whether you enjoy a walk on the beach to enjoy the sunset or like to drop a line and fish for your supper then Loch Sport is the place for you. Imagine lying in bed listening to the waves crashing on the ninety mile beach and wake up to the sound of birdsong. Forget the traffic noise and pollution and enjoy clean fresh air with the only decision for you to make is whether you take a walk or enjoy sitting in the sunshine reading your favourite book. I highly recommend Wattle B cottage and I am sure many other people would enjoy the feeling of total relaxation and rejuvination that Wattle B cottage offers

"We really enjoyed our stay at Wattle-B. It has everything you could possible need whilst on holidays,very clean and cosey,perfect presentation located 2 min walk from the lake. We spent our days canoeing on the lake, beachcombing on Ninety Mile Beach, bushwalking in the national park, and lazing on the cottage varnda watching the kookaburras and rosellas. The meal at the pub was good honest tucker (and great value), the bakery does a good pie, and the supermarket was pretty well-stocked and not overly pricey. Overall we found that Loch Sport's tranquility plus the presentation of the cottage forced us to slow down and relax - just perfect for a peaceful break. We'll be back .

We didn't want to come home! One week flew by far too quickly. The stay at the cottage was so beautiful, so peaceful, so relaxing...we walked every morning and explored the lake, the 90 mile beach, the shops, the National Park...and so much more! It was wonderful to come home to the cottage for lunch and a glorious read every afternoon. A glass of wine (or three) before tea was splendid and sleeping in those wonderful and quiet surroundings (and the most comfortable bed!) was exquisite!
Sue next door was an absolute delight and so kind! She provided tea for us on our last day with all her vegies, herbs and other goodies which she gave us to take home.
We will definitely be back! And it will be sooner than later. We are already working on our holiday schedule. Autumn with its crispness in the air sounds like a perfect time.
There are so many hidden treasures in your cosy cottage! What a beautiful haven you have there.

It was great. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and the fenced front and back yards were great for the pup. Everything was supplied to make the break away so very comfortable and we lapped it up. Wattle-B cottage really is an ideal place to stay. Everything is provided, plenty of room to move around, beautiful gardens, friendly neighbours, the peace and quiet is unrivalled. Enjoy kangaroos in the drive way, koalas in the trees, abundant native bird life and a feeling of total relaxation. If you need a break from the rigours of everyday life and need to let your hair down then I strongly recommend a stay at Wattle B cottage. Lake Victoria is 5 minutes away, whether you enjoy a walk on the beach to enjoy the sunset or like to drop a line and fish for your supper then Loch Sport is the place for you. Imagine lying in bed listening to the waves crashing on the ninety mile beach and wake up to the sound of birdsong. Forget the traffic noise and pollution and enjoy clean fresh air with the only decision for you to make is whether you take a walk or enjoy sitting in the sunshine reading your favourite book. I highly recommend Wattle B cottage and I am sure many other people would enjoy the feeling of total relaxation and rejuvination that Wattle B cottage offers.

What a great Xmas we had at Wattle-B just a wonderful little cottage with all the i wants from the gardens to the modern comforts inside the cottage.Loch sport is a great little spot between the wildlife fishing and swimming you couldn,t ask for much more.great break.

Fabulous cottage great place to stay fishing on the surf beach watching the sunset was great as was strolling along the lake to the marina hotel for a few drinks whilst enjoy the views over lake Victoria.If you want peace & quite this is the place to stay.

Great cottage the accommodation was excellent the gardens fabulous and the time spent in the boat on the lake very relaxing highly recommend to anybody who has a boat parking at the cottage was no problem and not a great deal of traffic on the lake AAA+.

We would like to thank the owners of Wattle-B for providing top class accommodation at reasonable rates.
Loch Sport had all we needed for a relaxing break enjoyed the fishing off the beach and also the strolls along the lake were very pleasant.
We would highly recommend anyone looking for a break to visit Wattle-B and enjoy the comforts it has to offer.

We booked a minibreak for some much needed relaxation and had a wonderful time. Steve and Christine were most obliging in accommodating our booking at the last minute. Friendly and helpful neighbour/caretaker next-door. Accommodation was exactly as advertised - immaculately clean and comfortable, all facilities in excellent order, fully equipped kitchen. Pretty cottage garden. Very close to Vic lake, and very short drive (or pleasant stroll) to marina and shops. 90 mile beach within close driving distance. A perfect "get away from it all" holiday.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay, not only extremely comfortable but very homely and so clean and relaxed, a must for everyone who wants to see how accommodation should be presented. The surrounding area is a great place to get away from the hassles of life and relax. A charming place to stay. So well appointed and comfortable. If you can not relax here, you cannot anywhere. A complete retreat with immaculate facilities. Loved the book collection, the sunny breakfast room, the cottage garden, the furnishings and the seclusion. You will be pleasantly surprised by the thoughtfulness that the owners have invested in this property.

My husband & I had the great fortune to stay at Wattle-B in July. The cottage is a home away from home, everything and I mean everything provided down to biscuits in the barrel and milk in the fridge.The furniture and beds SO comfortable.The gardens are cottagy with a BBQ area out the back and a gorgeous little dining room that was simple in its elegance.We walked around the lake and had the most relaxing time. I have no hesitation is giving Wattle-B and its owners a resounding 10 out of 10 for their thoughtfulness.

An absolutely delightful cottage in a very scenic and tranquil area. If you want to trade the hussle and bustle for some respite and relaxation then look no further! Loch Sport is a sleepy little hamlet, prolific with wildlife. With the 90 Mile Beach and Lake Victoria at your beck and call?.this cottage is in idealic surroundings. We spent a short 3 nights here mid winter with 3 children under the age of 5. To say the cottage is well appointed is an understatement. There is everything you could need and more, with some lovely homely touches thrown in. Cosy and warm, attractive and inviting. Take your bikes, take your walking shoes, take a good book, take your camera, but definately the place to go to ?take five!?
