The lounge area has 2 three seater sofas, perfect for sitting back and watching the 106cm plasma TV. The open plan living area has vinyl flooring for a cleaner more practical look. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed with bedside tables, tallboy and spacious built in robe. There is a 2-way ensuit with full shower and a bath, ideal for children. The laundry has a front loading washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. Just off the laundry is a second toilet and vanity area. The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds, a bedside table, tallboy and a small portable wardrobe. The self-contained back yard is spacious and private with a basic garden and a pull-out clothes line. There is an undercover carport and space behind for another vehicle. Off street parking is limited.
Up to two small/medium pets allowed, outdoors only. Please bring bedding and all supplies for your pet.
