The house is truly a perfect mix of location, location, location. The front garden overlooks one of the main reasons the region is so popular, "Geographe Bay". There are not many better sunrises to behold than the one that will await you in the morning. With a child friendly beach on your door step, and the shops and cafes literally a short stroll away; this house has the makings of a "perfect getaway
The home itself is well appointed and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A brand new designer kitchen, makes it perfect for entertaining; opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area. The under cover alfresco area is at the heart of the house and is ideal for all year outdoor entertaining, cool in summer and the outdoor gas heater warms the area perfectly for winter BBQ's.
