Upstairs verandah for parents to sneak away to with a book and glass of wine. Downstairs verandah for open-air family dining, games and conversations.

PROPERTY INCLUDES: Dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, OFP X 1, Electric heaters x 2, Plasma TV with DVD, second TV with VCR and DVD player, CD player/radio, mobile telephone reception (no fixed-line telephone).

Requirements/additional costs

Bed linen and bath towels can be provided at an additional cost of $30.00/person per stay, or BYO linen and towels.

A bond equivalent to the full rental fee (and payable in advance) applies, returnable after post-stay inspection.

Cleaning fees may apply.

Non-smoking house.

Strictly no dogs inside house (two kennels and chains provided under tree shelter).

Strictly no cats.
