Bullaburra is a unique all seasons upmarket getaway on a picturesque sixty five acre farm in Gerroa which is just one hour fifty minutes south of Sydney.
Bullaburra Ocean Front Farm commands the headland in Gerroa with north views towards Walkers Beach and the golf course. Looking south is Seven Mile Beach and Mt Coolangatta. To the west you have the escarpment and Tabletop Mountain. These are all stunning views.
The stylish spacious home is architect designed with quality inclusions such as a solar heated swim spa, pool table, Bose sound system, big screen TV -to name but a few.
Summer sunsets are spectacular over Seven Mile Beach or taking a dip in the solar heated swim spa.(Oct-April) Marvel the winter panoramic views while enjoying the cosy fire in the living room and playing a game of pool.
The two farmhouses are nestled on the headland and each is completely private and spacious with inspirational views. A very tranquil setting with no other houses in view.
From your living areas, your swim spa and two of your three bedrooms you have views of the littoral rainforest, the coastline, Blackhead and the ocean. In addition, at the front of your house, you have a tranquil courtyard that can be a haven for a quiet read. At the top of the farm houses there is an extensive grassed area for you as Bullaburra guests. Families/friends can play boules, toss a ball, have a game of cricket or just relax and take in the spectacular view across Seven Mile Beach and the back drop of rolling hills toward Berry and Mount Collangatta.
Bookings are available for weekends (Friday and Saturday nights) and midweek ( Monday to Friday minimum 3 nights) throughout the year, and for whole weeks during summer school holidays. Suits three couples, six adults, or two small families with four adults and two to four small children.
Seven Mile Beach is just two minutes down the hill or fiftheen minutes walk. Gerringong for supplies and eateries is just three to four minutes, golf only two minutes and wineries just two to ten minutes.
The uniqueness of Bullaburra is its space, ambiance and privacy. Therefore we do not have functions, weddings, bucks' or hens' parties or end of yr 12 groups.
The house is non smoking.
Being a working farm we are unable to take pets.
ATTENTION

TARIFF 1 is the basic tariff. Public and school holidays in December and January have different tariffs.
FOR MID WEEK BOOKINGS THERE IS A MINIMUM OF THREE NIGHTS STAY
ADDED VALUE
1. Stay Friday/Saturday nights in Tariff 1 dates and the Sunday night is just $395 (a saving of $100).
2.Stay five nights or six nights in Tariff 1 dates with a 5% reduction in tariff. This does not apply to public or Dec/Jan school holidays.

* A spacious living area with cathedral ceilings, a big screen TV, Bose sound system and internet connection.
* Three quarter sized Pool table in living area.
* Three double lounges can be configured for viewing the scenery, watching the big screen or in a huddle around the log fire for a good chat with friends/ family on a cold winter's night.
* Modern fully equipped kitchen with Bosch gas cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
* Slow combustion fireplace in the living area and electric heaters in the bedrooms. All beds with electric blankets.
* Ceiling fans in living area and portable fans in bedrooms.
* Private courtyard, grass play area and viewing seat where you can take in summer sunsets over Seven Mile Beach.
* For 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 to 4 small children.
* Cot and high chair available.
* Back to base security system
* Swimspa is solar heated. Sit in spa one end and swim against jet the other end. Kids and adults love it. Watch the stars as you sit in the spa on a warm summer's night! (open October to April)
* Table tennis (in garage), string tennis, boules, board games, CDs or bring your own selection or Ipod connection to sound system, selection of DVD's available overnight, library of books
* Very private living area with a great flow from indoor living to outdoor by the swim spa, outdoor setting and barbeque -all with 180 degree of ocean, littoral rainforest and coastline scenery. Magic by day! romantic by evening!
* Relax and enjoy the swim spa from October to April. Child proof fence constructed. Great by day and fun on a summer's evening.
* Walk across the farm to the rock platform by the ocean and explore the swimming holes as the front of our property extends to high water mark.
* Walk Seven Mile Beach -just 2 minutes away by car-15-20 minutes walk down the hill
* Surf or board ride the waves or paddle in Crooked River-just 2 minutes away by car
* Award winning Seahaven Cafe - 2 minutes away by car-15 minutes walk down the hill.
* Explore the villages of Gerringong and Berry.
* Kiama Harbour is both very historic and picturesque with it's own sea harbour and fresh seafood outlet.
* Gerringong 18 hole golf course is one farm away from the house.
* Visit Kangaroo Valley (35 minutes) or canoe the local river.
* Explore Jamberoo Family Fun Park (25 minutes).
* Jervis Bay is just 40 minutes drive south of Bullaburra and offers dolphin spotting, fishing and beautiful sandy beaches.

TARIFF 1 IS BASIC TARIFF. Public and Dec/Jan school holidays have different tariffs (Tariffs 2,3 &4). Weekend entry is from 4pm on Friday and exit by 4pm on Sunday. Mid week entry and exit times vary. Minimum of three nights stay mid week
