This house is located in an exclusive beach front area in amoungst multi million dollar homes. As a courtesy to the house owner and neighbours the following basic rules will apply as a condition of hire -
No pets allowed on property
No functions or parties permitted
All breakages and damage must be paid for in full by the guest

Full terms of hire are provided at each booking request.

We can accommodate a maximum of 12 people; fee payable of $30 per person per night for guests over 10 people.
