After a day at the beach, retreat to the deck where you can listen to the sounds of the Southern Ocean.
The lounge has a Reverse Cycle heating/cooling system, ceiling fan, lounge suite, LCD TV/DVD, CD player, and a library of games, books and magazines to choose from.

Bedrooms/Bathroom/Kitchen
There are 3 bedrooms - 2 with Queen Beds and ceiling fans/electric blankets, 1 with double bed-bunk (tri-bunk) as well as another bunk bed, & portacot. (Pillows, doonas and their covers are included)
There is also a trundle bed to accommodate an extra guest, if required
Bring your own linen ie: fitted sheet/top sheet and p/case, and towels.
The bathroom has a bath/shower and 2 toilets. The laundry contains a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
The newly renovated kitchen has all new appliances, dishwasher, high chair, microwave, cutlery, crockery and bakeware. Basic condiments are provided ie: salt/pepper, oil, glad wrap etc.

Linen-sheets/towels can be provided at an extra $20 per bed.
Enclosed Yard
The property has a fully enclosed yard, making it ideal for families with young children.
The kids can play safely in the sandpit, have a game of totem tennis or test their skills with the quoits, while the adults can enjoy a BBQ on the front decking or around the back on the undercover verandah.
Check-in is at 3pm, with a late check-out at 11am

Restus exceeded our expectations in so many ways. All the little extras provided that helped us out so much... from the kids cutlery and bowls to the step so that our 3 yr old daughter could reach the basin to wash her hands! So much love has been put into this place. Very clean and well maintained property. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

Restus proved to be a hit with our 3 generations. The kitchen impressed the adults, particularly the generous pantry supplies. The children moved between the "cricket pitch", sandpit and deck in between surfing and fishing. We all enjoyed the hours of entertainment in the living room via the magazines, games and movies. And the magpies made us extremely welcome!

The first thing we noticed when we walked through the front door was the delightful smell of the house. It was fresh and relaxing. Restus was immaculately presented and we were so impresssed that we will certainly be back again. The complimentary wine and chocolates on arrival was a lovely touch and we were all very comfortable throughout our whole stay. The beds and rooms were cosy and well furnished. We really enjoyed playing quoits and totem tennis in the backyard too! Absolutely recommended to anyone, especially families.

Amazing property. Super clean and comfortable for my family and I. Extremely well set up for families with young children. My 2 year old had a ball in and outside with lots of things to keep her occupied. The sandpit was her fav! With our 2yr old happy and occupied and our 7mth old sleeping peacefully my husband and I enjoyed a restful and refreshing break with wine on the decking and bbq's. Only a short walk to the beach and we were blessed with perfect weather to be able to enjoy it. Would definitely return.

A very clean and thoughtfully provisioned house - everything we needed to start our holiday straight away was provided. An excellent place for a family, and close to Pea Soup - great beach for kids. The owners made our very short notice stay so easy to arrange. Highly recommended.

The perfect place for a mini break. We had 4 adults and 6 kids and the enclosed yard made it easy for them to play safely and us to relax. The house is lovely and clean and so close to the beach and town. The owners were lovely to deal with and more than happy to give us an early check in even when there had been other guests leave only an hour or so before we arrived. We would definitly book Restus again if we stay in Port Fairy.

What a great holiday house! Very comfortable beds and fully equipped with everything necessary for a wonderful holiday. Extremely well set up for children too, with a great portacot and high chair, and even plastic plates, bowls and cutlery for them. Everything was very clean and there were little extras to make it even more special.

Would highly recommend restus to any parents with young children. We have a 10 mth old and toddler and it is extremly child friendly to the point where they have provided plastic plates etc for the kids meals, high chair, travel cot and sandpit in the garden. The house was spotless and very comfortable - a home away from home. Short drive to the shops and quiet neighbourhood. We will definatley be going back.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at. The presentation was immaculate. The bed rooms were good sizes and we were able to fit 9 comfortably. We stayed as an extended family with 3 couples and some children. The BBQ was the cleanest we have seen. The owners left some nice touches which made the stay special. The family and I would recommend this property.

Restus was a fantastic base for our trip to Port Fairy. Even with 4 adults and 4 children there was ample space and big comfy beds for all!
The extras were much appreciated. The books, mags, DVD's and games were a winner. And all in walking ditance to the beach and town.
Thanks again for all the little extras.

We enjoyed our stay in Restus very much. The location is great, a short walk from town and very quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked and the little extras are much appreciated. We stayed in winter and were happy to find that it was warm and cozy.

Restus is a home away from home; very clean and comfortable with msny extra touches. It was great to have basic kitchen ingredients to allow cooking with a minimumof fuss. Also fantastic to have a laundry with a young baby! We would love to return.
