There is a Living area with a TV upstairs also openning up to the balcony. The balcony is very large and will easily accomodate the whole family to relax and reflect on the day's activities.
There is also a Half height walled room adjacent to the upstairs living area which 2 single beds.
Downstairs there are 2 large Bedrooms. One with a queen bed. The other bedroom has 2 single beds.
There is a large fully equipped Kitchen, a Dining area with seating for 8, a large Living and Games area with a pool table and bar overlooking the canals, wide screen HD digital TV and CD/DVD player.
Outdoors there is a large alfesco with BBQ facilities, outdoor table and chairs. There is a heated outdoor spa big enough for 6 - 8 people and some nice grassed areas. There is a glass screened wall between the house and the canal for security and safety. There is your own private secure jetty large enough to take a boat up to 7 meters.
At the front of the house there is also a private swimming pool with outdoor furniture.
Lockable 2 car garage and parking for 4 cars. There is table tennis table in the garage for guest's use.
LOCATION
South Yunderup is 10 mins from Mandurah and a 45 mins drive on the Kwinana Freeway from Perth by car. Enjoy this family holiday home situated in South Yunderup, which is around 85km south of Perth. The area around Mandurah has beautiful pristine and safe beaches. There is fantastic fishing and crabbing in the waterways and off the beach. Try golfing at the world renowned The Cut or Meadow Springs golf courses. Lovely safe boating in the waterways and rivers. Enjoy watersports and everthing else that Mandurah offers. A perfect place to get away from the crowds.

Lovely property with everything you need and more. We had a superb time. Would definitely go back. Spa, pool, bar, table tennis, pool table and not to mention jetty for fishing and crabbing. Have 2 young kids and they just loved it too. Thank you

Was absolutely brilliant! My partner and I were here for 5 nights. The views from the balcony at sunset are divine and not to mention seeing the dolphins swimming in the canal every morning. Cannot wait to go back!

I was quite busy after I am back from Perth. But I think I should not forget to give compliments to this house and the friendly owners.
My family of 7 adults & 1 kid simply love this place. We love the space, the pool table, the jetty, jacuzzi even the table tennis. The kitchen appliances were great too.
I especially love the view during sun set.
Will certainly come stay over when I come back to this area again.

Murray Waters was our 10 night base while we were back in Oz for a family holiday and this was the perfect location. Our group of 5 adults & 4 kids were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pool table, swimming pool & jetty were thoroughly enjoyed by all of us! You need a car to get to the beach or for shopping but once you are set up at the house you had everything to make a perfect holiday happen. The furnishings & appliances were all high quality. We would definately recommend this holiday house!!!

The weather was the only downside to our weekend being very squally - though it did nothing to detract from the beauty and luxury of this place! I've stayed in many accommodations though this was by far the best, having everything you need for a fun and relaxing weekend! I highly reccommend this as a place to stay with friends or family - I also found the owner to be very prompt in his responses and friendly besides. Thankyou very much!
