Macquarie Leisure offers a large renovated airconditioned lakefront home in a quiet neighbourhood with a beach at the back door.
Shady tree lined reserve with manicured lawns, fully child proof fenced backyard with a gazebo that leads down to the waters edge. The lake front reserve stretches for several kilometres and offers a lovely seaside walking area.
A sheltered man made sandy beach with deep water access for boating, sailing, kayaking and unrestricted waterskiing just 30 meters from the back deck. Fantastic for Boating families and watersports. There is a good public boat ramp fenced sea pool and jetty 2mins away.
There is great fishing in the lake with some guests hooking good catches from the backyard beach or from the fishing kayaks.
The property sleeps up to 10 persons. Maximum 8 Adults.
Ideally suited to 2 families or 3 couples. It comes with 4 bedrooms all with built-ins.
The main bedroom upstairs consists of a queen bed, TV/DVD player and opens up to the main bathroom with a luxury spa bath and shower. A separate toilet. The 2 bedroom upstairs has 2 sets of bunk beds more suited to children. They all have lovely water views over looking the beach and lake.
Downstairs consists of Bedroom 3 which has a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 that has 2 x single beds that can be joined together if needed.
There is a large open plan living area consisting modern kitchen, dining area with 8 place table, lounge area with large flat screen TV/DVD and stereo. There is a 2nd bathroom, toilet and Laundry room.
The whole downstairs living area looks out over the beach, lake and backyard with lovely sunsets daily. There is also a large undercover balcony with 6 burner BBQ, outdoor dining table, and ice box ideal for entertaining.
There is also a gazebo with outdoor dining table in the backyard.
There are complimentary Kayaks for Guests use. A single Kayak and a large Tandem Fishing Kayak suitable for 2 adults and a child.
No Large Groups ,parties, or functions accepted or allowed.

Mannering Park has a bottle shop, general store, takeaway, cafe, chemist, newsagent and post office.
Larger supermarkets are only a short 10 min drive.
A short 10 min drive away is the Lake Munmorah State Recreation Park with some of the coasts best walking trails, beaches and photo opportunites. Bring your fishing rod for rock fishing too.
Lake Macquarie is fantastic for water skiing, sailing and kayaking. Skiing with an unresticted speed limit right from the beach out back.
Make use of the complimentary Large Tandem kayak for fishing or touring along with a large single kayak.

Just 800m from large public boat ramp, swimming area and public wharf facilities.
