Ocean views surround you from both downstairs and upstairs and help to make you feel instantly relaxed. At night from the upstairs deck, the city lights sparkle in the distance.

This double storey property is fully fenced and provides a private getaway. It has two open plan living areas with plasma 42 inch TVs, kitchen with dishwasher, central bathroom with separate toilet, a laundry, three bedrooms sleeping 7 people (1 x QB and 1 x trio bunk DB/SB downstairs and 1 x QB in upstairs master bedroom). There is a WIR and ensuite with spa bath and separate shower adjoining the master bedroom upstairs. There is central ducted heating for all year comfort and air conditioning for Summer. There is even a bar area
upstairs! Sliding doors open to the entertaining deck, sit back and relax with a few friends/drinks, enjoy a BBQ and watch the ships pass by!

Linen and towels available upon request. Pet friendly with prior approval.

7 night minimum bookings over peak period 23rd December-31st January. Linen/towels can be provided if required.
EASTER rate is same as Christmas rate $357/night with a minimum 4 night stay over Easter.

3 night minimum bookings from 1st February - 30th April. Linen/towels can be provided if required.

2 night minimum bookings from 1st May - 22nd December but for two night stays you would need to bring your own linen/towels.

Please email me for correct pricing if you are interested in staying at the Tuscan Villa by the Sea. The pricing set in the system when you scan over a particular date is based on weekly stay rates. Rates for a 2 night stay over the weekend are $650 and $800 for a 3 night stay over the weekend. If linen/towels are required for stays of 3 nights or more, it is an additional $150.
